• Install & configure Magento 2 Hyva Theme. Hyva is a new tech stack for building storefront to overcome slow website loading time. It is way faster than standard magento themes. A License for Hyvä Themes costs € 1000, excluding VAT. Licence cost not included in provided quote & will need to be purchased by the client separately. Any extension which works for Magento frontend will need to check if they are compatible with the Hyva theme or not.
• Website branding updates will include Homepage, category page, Product Detail page, Checkout process. Cart page. It majorly includes logo , primary colors, fonts, images etc
• Customize all standard website frontend pages like My Account , Signup / Login , Checkout , Content pages to apply customised design

Extension Installation:

• Install all the free extensions (approx. 3-5) to improve website conversion rate & shopping experience. Example Upselling recommendation, Quick cart drawer etc.

Speed Optimisation:

• Apply all basic magento 2 optimisation techniques to achieve optimum speed results. Configure server related settings to reduce page load time & improve performance. This will improve google page speed score for mobile & desktop. Expected minimum score for mobile >40

Technical SEO:

Our website was outdated so we moved to a new Magento platform about 3 years ago. We have had many challenges since and had multiple developers work on our site, however, none of them were able to meet the challenges associated with our type of business. We hired Setubrige to clean up the mess made by our previous developers and it has been smooth sailing ever since.

Setubridge happened to be the developer for one of our sites extensions. Since they were already were familiar with one part of our site, we figured we would give them a try, out of all the candidates we spoke to, they seemed to be the most knowledgeable.

Setubrige worked on everything from custom coding, server optimization, speed optimization, framework, extension installs and routine maintenance. There portal made it easy to understand, track progress and communicate with the team.

User experience is key, after just a short time working on our site we started to see increased traffic and increased sales. I have no doubt that this was due to a better user experience the Setubridge helped us achieve.

Communication and Organazation. These are the key elements used by Setubridge. Reviewing the projects with Sagar was step one, he took the time out to understand our needs and the scope of the projects. Step two was taking that conversation to the portal, keeping everything organized and up to date. All projects were completed on time.

Overall, the work done on our site has been impressive. However, we were most impressed with the attention given to our site in emergency situations. Response time was very quick compared to our last developers.

At this time I would say no, they have been a pleasure to work with so far.

The goal was to have a very user-friendly website, very detailed product information, nice images, and a good showing on mobile. Because of the dutch law Setubridge made a custom extension for date of birth, country specific products, housenr and postcode services integration and a lot more complex modifications on my website.

Only 1 person is responsible for my company. Setubridge is now responsible for the website.

It's too soon to see big improvements in the website. I can already see that people spend more time on my website exploring.

Setubridge uses a PMS system. I can communicate with all the developers, make tickets, see the progress etc. Also I have contact with Setubridge on skype.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Independently verified change in site speed from Google Page Speed Insights. The before and after for this project was very easy to determine using this standard tool.

They had excellent communication throughout, even though they are in a different time zone, their responses were always within a short period of time. There were a couple of queries that popped up along the way and they dealt with these quickly and efficiently. They are very good at making sure they understand what the issue is from my perspective.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

That they were exactly as they were described by other reviews. We picked them based on the great reviews, but you're still not 100% sure when working with someone new, but they are the real deal!

Are there any areas for improvement or something SetuBridge Technolabs could have done differently?

This may be a personal preference, but although it's great to communicate via WhatsApp, as we did, I don't find it the easiest way to keep on top of things, because once you've read the message there's no way of flagging it up as a to-do item if you can't respond to it immediately. I'm a bit old fashioned and find that email is far better for me to schedule responses that may take time. 

That's the only down side of dealing with them, but I wouldn't knock them for it, it won't stop me using them again, I'm pretty sure that they would work whatever way I wanted if I had thought about telling them at the time...
