I am the purchase manager of an eyewear company. Our company sells spectacles to wholesale suppliers and smaller retail shops.

Since 30 years, we have been selling spectacle frames and contact lenses offline, and now we wanted to take the next leap forward. We wanted to establish our online presence and we zeroed upon the shopify platform, however due to the limitations of the platform, certain features were hard to implement. We wanted to setup a custom prescription entering form, which had a lot of complexity and lot of specific product based features.

We posted a listing on UpWork and we were contacted by Sagar of SetuBridge. Out of those who contacted us, it was Sagar's pitch and the confidence shown by him that convinced us the most.

We had an initial meeting where I listed my expectations and the output that i was expecting. I had shared a reference with them as well. Sagar and his team then shared the outline of the project and the estimated time that they would take to deliver this. The milestones were laid out along with dates. The team regularly updated me with the progress, and the feedback shared by me was quickly implemented.

Charmy, the project manager was the main point of contact and she was the bridge between me and Dipen. Dipen was the technical lead on this.

We are yet to launch the site, however with the work that Sagar and his team have put out, I am sure it's going to be a good launch.

We had a skype group where I used to be sent the regular updates on the progress of the project.

They have a lot of experience with Shopify development and the clarity with which they proceeded and finished the job was outstanding.

Not really, I am very pleased with their work

There were many questions and concerns that we had before buying any addon for our website and after having extension conversations and demos we decided to select SetUBridge
