At times, they’re a bit too eager to suggest improvements, even when our ticket list is already quite full. While some tasks can occasionally take a bit longer than estimated, they still stay within reasonable limits. They use a quality checker, which sometimes extends the timeline for even small tasks, but this commitment to quality consistently delivers excellent results.

One minor concern is that, though I rarely have direct contact with the developers, I sometimes wonder about their English proficiency. However, this hasn’t impacted the overall quality of their work.
