We were pleased with the deliverables form their team. We were expecting something very rough and draft given the timeline but found a more polished UX.UI. We tested with several potential customers, and the feedback has been positive. Their work perfectly reflects the vision we had at the start, helping us create a user-friendly and easy-to-navigate mobile app.

Their team was easy to communicate with and provided us daily updates. We had remote in-person sprints daily and most the feedback was through Slack and a Quick Zoom call to share feedback and comments on their Design tool. Everything was delivered on time.

Their UX/UI skills blew me away. They knew about everything, from in-depth research to perfect execution. They were also patient and willing to walk us through their process while we learned.

I was mostly impressed that they recorded several video instructions for us on how to use the CMS system that they have implemented for us. It was much easier to understand it watching it through a video than reading manuals.

Perhaps just a little bit more on explaining some of the necessary pre requisites for this project. Some of the terms could easily be misunderstood by people not familiar with this field.
