Tiiga is different because baobab is different. Baobab is the only naturally occurring source of fiber in the world that does not have to be processed to be turned into a powder.

We initially engaged GoInteger to create a web based front-end to a proprietary system which managed our core business operations which included: 

• Managing all repairs through the business. From receiving a machine to be repaired from a client or store all the way to shipping out the repaired item and automating customer notifications 
• Integrating with AusPost's (Australia's national postal service) API to automatically generate delivery labels 
• Implementing automated SMS notification workflows for every step of the repair

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Efficiencies increased immediately as all data was now easily accessible and actionable through a centralised interface. The automation of our processes also meant that work that had previously been done manually through multiple systems was now consolidated, and there was less room for human error. 

Additional functionality was also created beyond the scope of the existing system which further increased efficiencies. By automating customer notifications, customer service was also improved as customers were informed at every step of the way, the progress of their repair.
