What specific goals or objectives did you hire Fyresite to accomplish?we needed a complete structural transformation that could support high-volume user interactions, integrate with multiple backend APIs, and elevate the overall user experience.

**SOLUTION**

Please include a summary of key deliverables.Fyresite took full ownership of the challenge and delivered a holistic solution tailored to the specific nuances of our business model. Their work began with a discovery phase that included deep consultations with our internal development and marketing teams. They took time to understand the mechanics behind our tools from the Leadmaker overlay to Dealmaker and Trademaker  and proposed a strategy that didn’t just re-skin the system, but reimagined how our platform could work smarter. They rebuilt our e-commerce infrastructure on a highly adaptable architecture, integrating a custom content management system with API hooks for our proprietary apps. The development also included a robust fulfillment dashboard that tracks Visa card requests and shipments in real-time. They designed a modern interface for dealership users and embedded detailed analytics tracking using Google Tag Manager and Data Layer scripts, ensuring we could continue measuring campaign performance with clarity. On the front end, the result was a lightning-fast, mobile-first platform that feels intuitive for every stakeholder dealers, customers, and our internal ops team. Fyresite also handled end-to-end QA, cross-browser testing, and even trained our internal team post-launch.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success? One of the most noticeable outcomes was the drastic reduction in support tickets related to order errors and system timeouts. With our old platform, many dealerships struggled with time-sensitive incentive card orders especially when ordering in bulk. Post-launch, those issues simply evaporated. The new flow is fluid, accurate, and incredibly efficient. Dealers have shared unsolicited feedback praising the new order interface, and our internal customer success team reported a smoother onboarding process for new clients.Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?Fyresite’s project management was disciplined and transparent from day one. They provided structured weekly updates, used a shared project board to manage progress, and always had someone available when our team needed clarification or had urgent questions. Even when unexpected scope adjustments emerged, they were responsive and flexible never compromising on quality or commitment. What was your primary form of communication with Fyresite?Virtual MeetingEmail or Messaging AppWhat did you find most impressive or unique about this company? What impressed us most about Fyresite was their ability to bridge creativity with logic. Many development firms we’ve worked with in the past leaned heavily on either visual design or technical execution, but Fyresite merged both with elegance. They didn’t just deliver code; they delivered solutions that work beautifully and intuitively for our users. Are there any areas for improvement or something Fyresite could have done differently? If there’s one thing we might have liked to see improved, it’s their documentation handoff. While their developers were always on standby to walk us through system details, we found some backend API documentation could have been more structured. However, they were quick to fill in those gaps when asked, and it didn’t delay any part of our go-live process.

They didn’t give us a template they gave us a platform that feels like it could only have been made for us.Are there any areas for improvement or something Fyresite could have done differently? As for areas of improvement, perhaps they could expand their post-launch support hours or provide a more structured onboarding session for non-technical staff. What specific goals or objectives did you hire Fyresite to accomplish? We hired Fyresite to build an e-commerce platform that could support our growing library of educational materials and branded products, with the goal of increasing access for families across Africa. We wanted a solution that was not only functional but could reflect our values of accessibility, localization, and learning.

**SOLUTION**
How did you find Fyresite?Online SearchClutch SiteWhy did you select Fyresite over others?Great culture fitGood value for costCompany values alignedHow many teammates from Fyresite were assigned to this project?2-5 EmployeesDescribe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.Fyresite took on a complete e-commerce development project from discovery and planning, all the way to deployment and optimization. They helped us design a multilingual, mobile-friendly online store, integrate secure payment systems that supported regional currencies, and build an intuitive backend dashboard for our non-technical team. A major deliverable was a custom product bundling system that lets us package learning materials by theme or age group. They also set up regional shipping logic and made the platform scalable to meet future audience growth.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success? While the project is still in the early phases of rollout, we've already seen promising engagement from our pilot audiences. Families have started using the platform to access supplementary learning kits, and we've received direct feedback from caregivers who said the ease of access helped them feel more connected to their child's development. Internally, our team now has a streamlined way to manage products and promotions without relying on outside support. That level of independence is a big win for us.Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?Their project management was smooth and responsive. Fyresite established a clear roadmap from day one and stuck closely to it. When adjustments were needed—either due to our internal shifts or evolving product ideas they adapted quickly. Weekly check-ins kept everyone aligned, and there was never a point where we felt left in the dark. Every team member we interacted with was communicative, proactive, and easy to collaborate with. What was your primary form of communication with Fyresite?Virtual MeetingEmail or Messaging AppWhat did you find most impressive or unique about this company? What impressed us most was how seriously they took our mission. We’re a nonprofit working in a complex, multilingual continent, and Fyresite didn’t treat us like a small project. They embraced the challenge of aligning tech with social impact, offering solutions that honored both our goals and our users. Their design choices reflected an understanding of our audience especially the parents and educators engaging with us in rural and urban areas alike. Are there any areas for improvement or something Fyresite could have done differently? If we had to suggest an improvement, it would be to offer a more robust analytics integration out-of-the-box particularly for tracking educational impact, not just sales metrics. Since our work ties closely to learning outcomes, having more built-in ways to connect product usage with educational data would have elevated the platform even further. That said, they were very open to continuing development on that front and didn’t hesitate to explore options with us.

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and position.I am the Project Manager of Red Sea Film FoundationDescribe what your company does in a single sentence. The Red Sea Film Foundation is a dynamic cultural organization showcasing and championing the best of global, Arab, African, and Asian talent.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Fyresite to accomplish? Our goal was to design a tool that wasn’t just functional, but experiential something that could capture the spirit of the festival while making it easy for attendees, filmmakers, and industry professionals to navigate screenings, schedule meetings, discover content, and connect meaningfully.

**SOLUTION**
How did you find Fyresite?Online SearchWhy did you select Fyresite over others?Great culture fitGood value for costCompany values alignedHow many teammates from Fyresite were assigned to this project?2-5 EmployeesDescribe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables. The scope included full-cycle mobile app development from user research and wireframing to cross-platform development and launch support. Fyresite delivered an iOS and Android app that included an interactive schedule, personalized agendas, film discovery by genre and country, push notifications, a media gallery, and a networking hub for guests and delegates. They also ensured it integrated smoothly with our backend CMS, allowing our team to update screening times and event information without needing technical assistance. One of the most essential deliverables was the attendee badge QR integration, which simplified on-ground access control.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?Even though the app's success went beyond metrics, we could see its impact right from launch. Our attendees spent more time engaging with the schedule and less time seeking on-site assistance. There was a noticeable drop in registration desk queues, and our media teams reported better coordination thanks to the real-time updates and team messaging function built into the platform. Most importantly, feedback from international guests praised the app’s ease of use, especially with the language toggle that helped bridge Arabic and English fluently.Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?Fyresite’s project management was grounded, attentive, and responsive. We had a tight festival deadline, and their team delivered on all major milestones without us needing to chase them. They were highly transparent with their sprints and review meetings, and if something had to shift, they communicated why and offered solutions instead of excuses. Their responsiveness was impressive for instance, when we requested a last-minute venue change update across hundreds of listings, they turned it around in hours, not days. What was your primary form of communication with Fyresite?Virtual MeetingEmail or Messaging AppWhat did you find most impressive or unique about this company? What struck us most was their ability to merge creative understanding with technical precision. Fyresite didn’t just deliver what we asked for they made the product feel like Red Sea. Their UX team took inspiration from our visual identity, our cultural values, and the cinematic energy we stand for, and transformed it into an interface that people genuinely enjoyed using. You rarely find a tech partner who understands storytelling Fyresite did.Are there any areas for improvement or something Fyresite could have done differently? If there’s one thing we’d hope to see improved, it would be more comprehensive post-launch analytics dashboards. While they provided basic usage tracking, we had to use a third-party tool for deeper engagement data. That said, this was more of a stretch goal than a gap and knowing their team, I’m confident it would’ve been addressed if we’d flagged it earlier.

The admin dashboard they delivered was tailored to our marketing team’s daily workflow, and they also helped us set up automated promotional banners that adjust in real time based on campaign timing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success? While we're still collecting long-term data, what we noticed immediately was an improvement in conversion during time-sensitive campaigns. Merch drops sold through smoothly, even when thousands of users hit the store at once. The speed of the site, particularly during mobile checkout, was a huge win for us. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?Communication was one of Fyresite’s strongest points. They weren’t just organized they were attentive. We had weekly standups, a shared dashboard to track progress, and they were always upfront if something needed extra time or testing. When a third-party API we relied on started acting up mid-build, their team proposed a clever workaround that actually improved our original plan. That kind of flexibility made the whole process feel less like “work” and more like problem-solving with partners. What was your primary form of communication with Fyresite?Virtual MeetingEmail or Messaging AppWhat did you find most impressive or unique about this company?Fyresite doesn’t just follow instructions they get inside the culture of what you do. They understood right away that we operate in a high-pressure, real-time marketing environment. Their solutions weren’t cookie-cutter and were designed with our actual day-to-day challenges in mind. We never once felt like we had to explain the “why” behind our ideas. They just got it.Are there any areas for improvement or something Fyresite could have done differently? If we’re being honest, the onboarding documents could have been a bit more comprehensive. The backend is powerful, but a more structured guide for new team members would’ve saved us some early back-and-forth. That said, they were always a call or message away whenever we needed a hand and that level of support more than made up for it.

""We never felt like we were treated as a number, but more like we were members of their team."

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of HB Customs. HB Customs is not your normal PC building destination. We help guide those that may be buying a PC for the first time to those that know exactly what they are looking for. Through our partnerships we are able to provide the latest and greatest products as well as customize builds in a way unlike you could imagine.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Fyresite, and what were your goals?

I chose Fyresite after comparing their products/services to the competition. I quickly realized that my decision was spot on. I needed help in creating a website that truly matched my vision. The Fyresite team worked with me throughout the process and still to this day help me with the management of my site.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After narrowing down my search I felt that Fyresite checked off every box that I needed. The most important box was in my decision was the personal aspect. I could reach out at any time and someone from their team would be immediately able to assist. As a newer company it would be easy to get caught in the shuffle. Not with Fyresite. Their team made me feel like HB Customs was their number 1 client from the beginning. You cannot put a value for that peace of mind.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

From my website design and implementation to making any and all necessary updates, I have entrusted my vision to the Fyresite. Their team also was able to provide insight where my company could add or subtract items to maximize the success of my website.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I was fortunate to have 3 team members working with me throughout the process. Two designers and the head man himself took the time to walk me through every step and guide me to bringing my vision to life.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

My initial ask were not as expansive as some companies. I had a vision and the Fyresite team was able to implement well beyond what I was even asking. I needed a landing site for people to see my work. The Fyresite team took my small ask and made it into the type of website that represents a top tier company.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had numerous check in meetings throughout the process. From start to finish if their was a necessary change needed it was always done in a very timely manner. Whether it was via email or phone, I never felt that I could not contact someone from the Fyresite team!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The personal touch. We never felt like we were treated as a number, but more like we were members of their team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None whatsoever!

"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

We’re an all-natural foods brand and I’m the chief e-commerce officer.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Fyresite?

We had a very old site that wasn’t well optimized and wasn’t user-friendly.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

We had an initial discovery phase where we learned a bit about each other. Next, we flew out to meet them in Arizona for a project planning phase.

We provided screenshots of what we wanted things to look like. We also sent them content and gave them access to our Shopify accounts so they could see our products. The team went through a project plan that we envisioned. We went through edits together and they told us what was realistic.

After that, they started the actual work. They created a shell of what our website was going to look like first. Then, we were able to make edits around that. Finally, they supported us as we went live with any last little fixes.

What is the team composition?

We worked with Paul (Author).

How did you come to work with Fyresite?

There was a company I was following on Instagram that just relaunched their website. I asked them who re-did their website and they told me it was Fyresite. I had a brief introductory call with Fyresite and they gave me three references. All of the references had great things to say about them. From there, we signed a contract.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $25,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2020, and we went live in February 2021. They still offer support.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen an increase in traffic since we started working with them. Our returning customer rate has increased from 38% to 54%, too.

How did Fyresite perform from a project management standpoint?

They did very well. We communicated once every two weeks via phone and email. They were always very quick to respond.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their follow-through, attention to detail, and customer service all stand out. It’s not often that we get vendors that work with such a customer-minded workflow. It felt like we were working with ourselves.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could’ve completed everything a bit quicker. To be fair, we were making a bunch of changes that impacted the timeline.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It’s helpful to have a plan going into everything. It saves a lot of time upfront. Have a plan going into the conversation.

**The Review** — Jan 25, 2021

**Feedback Summary**: The Fyresite team was able to complete all the features that the company wanted. Though they did not make the original deadline, the company appreciated how the team stuck with the job even when it evolved as development proceeded. The company was most impressed with the team's flexibility.
""They delivered what was needed, were accountable, and committed to getting it right."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

Sports Venture operates a 16-store chain of licensed sports retail stores throughout Arizona, as well as several e-commerce platforms. I am the corporate IT Director.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Fyresite, and what were your goals?

For about 15 years our stores were accepting gift cards in-store only. We wanted to extend that functionality and benefit to our online store, but integrating Shopify with our gift card system was a lot of work.

We hired Fyresite for the front-end portion of that work, asking them to create the gift card pages with a FAQ, gift card product pages, as well as the functionality allowing the customer to do a gift card balance lookup, as well as complete the checkout process, with some non-standard functionality such as PIN verification.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select Fyresite and what were the deciding factors?

We had used Fyresite for another smaller project in the past and they did a good job, and performed as expected, on time, and for the price we were quoted.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Fyresite created a bridge between Shopify's platform in conjunction with our in-store POS vendor's CRM platform. In addition, they created user-friendly interfaces for purchasing gift card products, doing a balance lookup, and for us to create a FAQ section.

They added extra functionality by leveraging AWS to support PIN verification of both balance lookups and checkout, without losing the ability to use Shopify's discount code system.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I was in contact with two people from Fyresite. Their Sales Director and their Chief Design Officer.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project was completed with the features expected and in a timely fashion. We didn't make our original deadline, but I consider this good thing, because Fyresite worked with us as the needs of the project evolved and became more clear as development moved ahead. They were flexible and agile at adjusting and finding the solutions to meet the demands.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

I emailed with the two representatives regularly and they replied promptly. We also held video/audio conferences as needed. These meetings also included our 3rd party POS vendor, and Fyresite worked well with them directly, to make sure the technical issues of the integration were worked through.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their flexibility to adapt as the requirements of the project became more clear as we moved throughout the process. They delivered what was needed, were accountable, and committed to getting it right.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing I can think of. There were bumps in the road, but nothing that I can attribute to Fyresite, but rather a native part of the development process.

We showed them what we had some other contractors do previously, and asked them for advice on how to move forward and/or improve the situation. They made recommendations at first to just keep things functional, but also helped us make some longer-term plans and refactors to improve the application in substantial ways.

What was the team composition?

We had a few developers and a project manager working with us

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I think the biggest measure of any type of business relationship is one which you continue to foster on both sides. We have continued to work with Fyresite for years now and happily continue to do so.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Historically has been quite seamless, with some occasional delayed communication and work depending on each of our teams current workload.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They've been able to consistently work with us and deliver on various projects and on this one over-arching project constantly.

Are there any areas for improvement?

None. We're pretty happy with our working relationship.

"“Having a live site where we can generate revenue after one week is huge.”
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m managing co-owner and partner at The Churchill LLC. We’re home to two bars, four restaurants, and four retail spaces.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Fyresite?

We needed help with web development.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

They created our home website on WordPress. We sat down with them for a discovery meeting and told them what we wanted to accomplish with the website, and how to tell our story. They built the ability to jump over to another landing page by clicking a customized beer tab. That landing page is for another business we own.

Since we’re a group gathering place, we were one of the first ones shut down because of COVID-19. When we realized we were going to be shut down for more than a few weeks, we wanted to pivot. They’ve been helping us, mostly for free, launch, and transition to an online WooCommerce webstore. Now, we’re able to sell farm boxes, in an effort to support small local farms.

What is the team composition?

We work with Jason (CEO), Sean (COO), and Zac (Front End Engineer). Sean is our main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Fyresite?

My business partner had a relationship with them. We met with a few different people and they seemed to fit what we were looking for.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested $5,000 – $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in August 2017, and our engagement is ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

For the site, we’ve gone through a few revisions back and forth, but I was happy with the end product and I’m happy with everything up to this point as well. We’ll probably do a refresh once we have the time and money.

How did Fyresite perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re really good about response time. They’re very easy to work with and talk with. The team also comes in all the time and they feel connected with the space. That face to face connection goes a long way, especially in times like this. We usually communicate via email or calls, and we were able to launch our new program within a week. Having a live site where we can generate revenue after one week is huge.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their overall attitude and approach are impressive. They follow through when they say they’re going to do something. Also, if you need help, they’re willing to work with you and are very invested.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, not for me. Everything we’ve asked them to do, they’ve done. I don’t have an area where they could improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to be clear about what you want and what you want to accomplish.

**UPDATED REVIEW**
“This review was updated by Hartley Rodie (Partner, The Churchill LLC) on May 4, 2020. New content is below:

How did you select this vendor?

Fyresite has done work for several of my friends and peers. All of which spoke very highly of their service and end results.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

Fyresite sat with my business partner and me to discuss our vision. We discussed our needs from the site and our budget (fairly tight). We also provided them our brand standard, for which they thoughtfully utilized our brand and voice to deliver what we consider to be a very functional site that represents our business. Additionally, Fyresite has made themselves readily available to assist us in edits, or in some cases making major adjustments to the site. Most recently, we added a CSA (community supported agriculture) program which required online purchases. They built out an entire platform for us, free of charge. Not only do these guys do fantastic work, but they are also overall great human beings that go above and beyond.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Our team basically gave them carte blanche- we had check in calls every few weeks to review their progress.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their service and dedication to their customers are what impresses me the most. Their work is fantastic, I can't imagine utilizing a different company. Overall, I would absolutely use Fyresite again and would recommend the company to anyone looking for assistance with web design.

"

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

Self - Personal Website

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Fyresite?

Fyresite helped me build my lifestyle website / personal blog.

What were your goals for this project?

My goals for the project were to have a sleek, minimalist aesthetic, interactivity, and optimal content organization.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor?

I know a few guys on the Fyresite team and know they do awesome work.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

I came to the Fyresite team with a unique situation, I wanted to learn from the experience of building a website on WordPress, and not just hand the job over.

I was assigned a front-end web developer, Mason, who definitely knew his stuff. He guided me with the project and also helped me debug several issues I was having.

He provided excellent explanations on how to customize the website, and in the safest way possible. Web development can be tricky if not done right!

Although Mason could have built the entire site for me in far less time, he took the time to work with me so that I could understand the process. He was very patient, responded promptly to all of my questions and was extremely knowledgable.

What was the team composition?

I worked with one dev, Mason, who is a front-end web developer. He helped me from start to finish with the project which lasted several months.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Because this website is for personal use, I have no metrics to provide on website performance. It is also still only a few days old - I wanted to write this review as soon as possible because I appreciate all that they have done for me! The website is beautiful, functional, and exactly what I was hoping to achieve.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Mason was very organized and asked me all that I wanted to accomplish from the very beginning. Although parts of the design changed throughout the process, he was flexible and came up with a solution for each of my requests.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Fyresite has an awesome portfolio - just look at the company website... I was blown away by their unique design style and attention to detail. As a designer, I was super impressed by their presentation and also the wide range of services they have to offer. I will be in contact for future business.

Are there any areas for improvement?

None at all - I had no issues.

""Future clients can expect to work with a friendly and imaginative team."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the CEO and founder of I Fund a Hero, which is a crowdfunding platform for nonprofits.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Fyresite?

We engaged Fyresite to build our WordPress website.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

They’re located in the same city as us, so we met at their office to diagram the website. We relied on Fyresite’s team to select a theme, decide on plug-ins, and set up an integration with Stripe so that donations would be correctly rerouted to each charitable cause.

Our platform is unique in that instead of a group of people—administrators at a high school, for example—having multiple crowdfunding initiatives on one site, we allow users to create an account for the group at large and then open several campaigns under that name. So once a high school sets up an account, they can launch drives for individual athletic teams, the band, the drama program, etc.

What is the team composition?

We interact with Jason (CEO, Fyresite) and a few developers.

How did you come to work with Fyresite?

I learned of Fyresite through a referral from another company.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent over $20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement began in June 2018 and remains ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re continuing to grow our user base because of the new website. Last year, we worked a lot with California firefighters and police officers. This year, we’ve expanded to market ourselves to schools.

How did Fyresite perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate well through emails and texts.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by the ideas they brought to the project. For instance, they added a text-to-donate feature that we hadn’t considered, and they customized our chosen theme with new colors.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, everything’s gone smoothly to this point. We are in the middle of building mobile applications with their team, as well.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Future clients can expect to work with a friendly and imaginative team.

"“They listened to me and gave me exactly what I was looking for.”"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the CEO of ZINKN.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Fyresite?

We were looking for a vendor to help us develop an app.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

I had a very clear idea of what I wanted to develop and Fyresite helped me bring my idea to life. They developed an app for iOS and Android, managing the entire process from beginning to end. They created the wireframes, developed the backend, and oversaw the creative side of the project. The purpose of the app is to provide a person and a car to customers to help them with their daily tasks. It also allows customers to see in real time when a provider is driving towards a specific place.

What is the team composition?

I worked with a large team of people that they assigned to our project.

How did you come to work with Fyresite?

I was referred to them. I interviewed 15 different vendors and Fyresite was the only company that understood exactly what I was looking for, so I chose them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about $1 million.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in August 2017, and the project was completed in December 2018.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The app has been phenomenal since it was launched. It's a large-scale project, but we were able to roll out without a hitch. We didn't experience any issues with the app–even when thousands of people were signing up in one day.

How did Fyresite perform from a project management standpoint?

They're great communicators and always kept me in the loop about everything that was going on with the project. I self-funded the project, so I appreciated that Fyresite helped me with the learning curve and provided all the information I needed to make me feel comfortable. We mostly used Slack to stay in touch and we had in-person meetings at least every other week.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They listened to me and gave me exactly what I was looking for. Also, they explained the process to me in a simple language, so I could easily understand them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything. I wish more people knew about them.

Marketing Director, Jarvis Group

**The Review** — Mar 30, 2017

**Feedback Summary**: The crisp, attractive site network has successfully secured additional interest from an affluent clientele. Fyresite’s team skillfully and intuitively translated a precise vision into a sustainable, cohesive platform.
""I think that their main strengths are being able to communicate, hear what we say, and execute it perfectly.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your organization.

Jarvis Group is a real estate and investments company.

What is your position?

I am the marketing director of the group. Previously, I was working for another real estate company that builds luxury custom homes, taking care of architecture and interior design.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What business challenge were you trying to address with Fyresite?

Fyresite developed four websites for my companies. When we needed to revamp the website for my current company, I immediately thought of Fyresite.

**SOLUTION**
Please describe the scope of their involvement in greater detail.

Fyresite setup all four of our WordPress websites, allowing us to make our changes and not have to rely on them for small fixes. Fyresite set us up with SEO, Google AdWords, and metatags. The sites are mobile-friendly. One of them had over 20 pages; it was very intricate, with each page leading back to the other. The sites feature high-quality pictures, slideshows, text, buttons, and so on. We told Fyresite what we were going for in targeting a high-end, affluent clientele. We showed examples of what we wanted, and Fyresite took our vision and actually made it better. My boss is one of the pickiest men on the planet, and he loved the website.

One of our sites was for real estate. Fyresite installed a plug-in which allowed people to see the for-sale homes and land. Another site is intended for our online presence and is meant to help grow our social media. It was photo-oriented, and everything needed to be crisp, clear, and beautiful.

The websites needed to communicate with each other since our company allows users to tap into all services concurrently: you can buy a house from us and decorate and renovate it. Fyresite was able to make this integration very well. They were good at corresponding and contacted us frequently by email and phone.

How did you come to work with Fyresite?

I spent hours finding companies online and interviewing them. I had worked with several website companies in the past; they were horrible, wouldn't respond for days, and wouldn't execute our vision. Based on this experience, I came up with a specific questionnaire. After interviewing Fyresite, I decided to go ahead with them. I'm glad that I did.

Could you provide a sense of the size of this initiative in financial terms?

Fyresite built four websites for $3,000–$4,000 each. The total cost is around $16,000, including online marketing.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Fyresite in 2015. The whole process took between six months and a year to complete.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?

We were a word-of-mouth company, so whenever a client mentioned us, other people would want to see our work and saw the caliber of what we did through the website. The page made it easy for them to understand what we were about.

How did Fyresite perform from a project management standpoint?

Fyresite was great in terms of communication. They got back to us immediately, stuck to appointments, and maintained constant communication. I found this important since I wanted to make sure that we were getting our vision for the website across.

What distinguishes Fyresite from other providers?

I think that Fyresite's work is beautiful. Compared to theirs, other sites look archaic and badly put-together. Fyresite can build a cohesive and beautiful website. Also, I've known them for three years, and Fyresite has kept the same team. This says something about the management and how well they work together.

Is there anything Fyresite could have improved or done differently?

I think that their main strengths are being able to communicate, hear what we say, and execute it perfectly. I don't have a single bad thing to say about Fyresite.

""Fyresite has a mastery of WordPress, being able to accomplish things that I didn't think were possible."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

We are a law firm providing consumer legal services in the criminal and personal injury spaces.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Fyresite?

Our website was outdated. We needed to modernize it and make it mobile-friendly, as more and more of our traffic was coming through iPhones and iPads, rather than desktops.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

Fyresite redesigned our website in WordPress, making it more mobile-friendly. I gave them a certain set of parameters for things that I wanted to include, but also gave them free reign on how they would be incorporated. I needed contact forms and embedded videos, for example; how those would be displayed was Fyresite's choice. I approved things along the way.

How did you come to work with Fyresite?

I've known one of Fyresite's owners for a few years and had worked with him in the past.

How much have you invested with Fyresite?

Sorry, this is confidential.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our project has been completed since March 2016. I don't have an ongoing maintenance contract with Fyresite, even though they do provide those services for others. I'm proficient enough in WordPress to maintain the site myself.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

Anecdotally, I've heard compliments about our website from multiple people. Clients have told us that they selected our firm because of the professional image presented on the site. I haven't received any negative feedback for the work done by Fyresite.

The rate of return for our PPC advertising has increased due to the website being mobile-friendly. Our conversion rate has climbed, so there's been a noticeable uptick in business.

How did Fyresite perform from a project management standpoint?

Fyresite performed well in terms of project management. I directed a lot of the work, so the focus was on Fyresite doing what I told them to. The fact that I have web development knowledge has helped and has put me in a different position to other clients. I'm certainly not an expert like Fyresite's team, so they've definitely explained what needed to happen in layman's terms.

What did you find most impressive about Fyresite?

Fyresite's designs have always been top-notch. I've used them for several websites, which turned out as some of the better-looking ones in their field. The graphics team from Fyresite is superb. They've designed logos for my firm, as well as for other businesses I've been involved in.

Fyresite has a mastery of WordPress, being able to accomplish things that I didn't think were possible.

Are there any areas Fyresite could improve?

Nothing comes to mind. I've used Fyresite on several occasions. If I did have a problem with them, I wouldn't keep coming back.

What tips or recommendations could you share that might increase the likelihood of success with Fyresite?

Any potential clients should have a clear idea in mind about what they want accomplished with a website. There's no substitute for doing your own work. Fyresite is good at taking ideas and parameters, bringing them to realization.

I researched companies in Arizona using Yelp. Fyresite was the first group that popped up. It turned out that they were very interested in space, so we got along well on that front. They also had a feel for the industry, which is very rare. The 2-3 other companies I looked up hadn't built any websites with any excitement to them. We ended up hiring Fyresite.

How much have you invested with Fyresite?

The development cost was $1,200 to $2,000 per site.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Fyresite in July 2015. I haven't worked with Fyresite since the second website they built was launched, but they're definitely my go-to firm. Fyresite was easy to work with and delivered exactly what I was looking for.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

Fyresite provided good speed and clarity of communication, even when we didn't know exactly what we wanted. They were able to pick up and implement our requests perfectly.

Multiple people have told me that the website Fyresite created should be the standard for academic institutions. It stood out as something that people might actually want to read through and access for information, as opposed to the HTML-only, standard websites that are out there.

How did Fyresite perform from a project management standpoint?

Fyresite was quick but thorough. I've had to deal with some odd requests and nitpicky things from bosses. Fyresite was incredibly patient and understanding in these cases. They knew the process well and set the expectations for our projects.

What did you find most impressive about Fyresite?

I appreciated Fyresite's ability to communicate with the scientific community. Our whole experience with Fyresite was great, so it's hard to pick one thing.

Are there any areas where Fyresite could improve?

No. I'm picky when it comes to contractors, so I wouldn't have gone back to Fyresite if we had a bad experience.

We are a law firm representing injured and wrongly accused clients throughout the state of Arizona. I am a lawyer and the owner of the firm.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Fyresite?

I needed to develop a custom website for my law firm. I had been working with a company that provided template-style websites to law firms in the US. The price point was inconsistent with the reach that our site could achieve. I wanted the ability to customize my website and add content on a daily basis, based on market requirements.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

Fyresite developed my mobile-friendly custom website. I was connected with individuals that could provide content in areas that I'm familiar with, with the help of Fyresite. This showed me that they were truly interested in the customer experience. In total, we've used Fyresite for 3 redesigns.

How did you come to work with Fyresite?

I considered other local web developers. I found Fyresite's principal to be accessible and willing to discuss my needs.

How much have you invested with Fyresite?

The average cost for a site rebuild with Fyresite was between $4,500 to $11,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Fyresite in 2011. We have an ongoing relationship for site maintenance and other services.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

The customer feedback for the website has been phenomenal. I have been getting more conversions through it, which has been important to me. I run a people business, so I need customers to see my prices and the services that I provide, then call me. I can contact Fyresite for any changes and have the work done. They are in tune with the customer's needs.

How did Fyresite perform from a project management standpoint?

On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give Fyresite a 9.5 in terms of project management.

What did you find most impressive about Fyresite?

I appreciated Fyresite's accessibility. As a potential customer, I needed to be able to sit down with the developer and exchange ideas before signing a contract or paying them money. I sat down with Fyresite's team and saw how they work, turning my ideas into action within a short period of time.

Are there any areas Fyresite could improve?

No.

""They know how to get customers and are technologically advanced.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your organization.

Arizona Fasteners Corp. is an umbrella for a number of companies: Arizona Fireplaces, AF Steel Fabrication, AF Distributors, Grand Canyon Gas Logs, and Modern Flames. Arizona Fireplaces is a local retail fireplace shop offering different brands of fireplaces and related services, like installation. AF Distributors is a distribution company focused on fireplaces and barbecues for the South-West. It offers drop shipments to online retailers across the country. AF Steel Fabrication is a local steel company which produces structural steel for buildings, custom homes, and anything else that would require such a structure.

Modern Flames is an electrical fireplace manufacturing company focused on the engineering and design of units which are built in our China factory. We ship our products all over the world.

Grand Canyon Gas Logs is a gas log manufacturing company with plants in Indiana and Northern Arizona. We sell our products all across the United States and Canada. Given the number of companies run by our corporation, it can get confusing. We operate through three buildings and are also building a fourth.

What is your position?

I run Grand Canyon Gas Logs and am in charge of marketing for all other companies.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What business challenge were you trying to address with Fyresite?

We use their team for the marketing of all our companies.

**SOLUTION**
Please describe the scope of their involvement in greater detail.

Fyresite is a one-stop-shop for us in terms of SEO [search engine optimization], website design and development, and social media. We wanted to test them initially, so we allocated the Modern Flames marketing budget to Fyresite. The goal was to build brand recognition and have the company become a household name within the electric fireplace market. Their team has done a phenomenal job in the sense of building an entirely customized website for us and working out-of-scope in order to build it as well as possible. Fyresite also did a tremendous job with respect to our Google rankings.

Modern Flames is now ranked in the first page for "electric fireplaces," a term which encompasses the entire industry. We are ranked in the third position, and the two companies above us are Lowe's and Walmart.

The biggest project we've undertaken with Fyresite has been the custom website built for Modern Flames. The previous page had been around for four years. It was a bit old and outdated, so it needed to have something that would make it pop. Fyresite created video backgrounds within the website in order for users to see electric fireplaces burning in a room setting. They also made it a lot easier to navigate the website. Even without having the exact knowledge of what they were looking for, a customer could determine what fireplace was best for them, what its installation entailed, have access to manuals, and so on.

Quote requests, finding dealers, and a display section were some key elements needed for the site. Fyresite created user-friendly implementations of these.

How did you come to work with Fyresite?

We started working with them a year and a half ago, working on fliers and other material. The original collaboration didn't work out because we had a small budget and were unable to direct them as we required. They were very much willing to work within our constraints, but we didn't have the man-power or the time in order to guide them. We know our business better than anyone, so Fyresite needed our help.

We went to another company with which we were fairly happy, but we couldn't get everything that we needed out of the relationship. They were poor on communication and weren't what we were looking for. We decided to make a change and considered four other companies before settling on Fyresite once more. They key determinant for going to them was the fact that they are local and have a very diverse team which can do graphic design, web development, and SEO. They are also very technical in an app development sense. We wanted to create a user-interface app for the Modern Flames website down the road.

Their communication was fantastic. They constantly email us, and we have weekly conversations. This, and the type of staff that they employ, were the two main reasons for selecting Fyresite.

Could you provide a sense of the size of this initiative in financial terms?

The annual cost of their services is between $50,000-200,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together for our second collaboration in July of 2015. The Modern Flames site was launched in September. We're constantly adding more tasks for Fyresite, and we're increasing our budget. They are creating more material for us on Facebook and YouTube for the Modern Flames company. We've also turned over website updates and edits to their team.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?

We've seen an excellent increase in traffic to the website that Fyresite built for us. From the previous year, it has risen by at least 20%. We have an online chatroom which used to receive three or four conversations per day. We're currently seeing three to four chats at a time. People are always on the website, asking questions.

We used to be on the third Google page for the term "electric fireplaces." We're currently on page one, beneath only Lowe's and Walmart. Fyresite has increased our Facebook likes through a small campaign, and they've also expanded our YouTube views. We have a few videos with more than 30,000 views.

We've seen some great results and are overall happy with their efforts.

How did Fyresite perform from a project management standpoint?

They were on-time consistently. We used a project management tool with which we could communicate and track backend issues. Fyresite was very prompt in answering our queries and getting tasks done. Their communication and work ethic are top-notch.

What distinguishes Fyresite from other providers?

They have both a great graphic design team and a good technical one. Fyresite was able to manipulate our WordPress website, basically transforming it into a custom one. They're back-end technically-inclined and also keep up with the latest trends in terms of frontend elements. They know how to get customers and are technologically advanced.

Is there anything Fyresite could have improved or done differently?

Things could have been done differently on our end in terms of allocating more time and budget to our various companies. Fyresite has done a great job in terms of working with the budget lined up for them.

""They want the product that they're working on to be the best out there.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your organization.

We are a barbecue grill manufacturing company. Our grills have computer-run feeding systems, fans, and thermal centers.

What is your position?

I am the Director of Sales.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What business challenge were you trying to address with Fyresite?

At the time, we could run our grills off of Wi-Fi. We wanted to create an app which could operate the grill and feature profiles, enabling the user to monitor a longer cook from afar and have programming capabilities. We approached Fyresite and inquired about what could and couldn't be done.

Our scope of work was building an app that could provide the same level of automation found in spas and other systems, but for a grill.

**SOLUTION**
Please describe the scope of their involvement in greater detail.

The first step was choosing the Wi-Fi chip which would be used on the hardware side. We then developed the Android and iOS platforms for our product.

We needed technical support capabilities, for which Fyresite also helped us, before hiring our internal staff. They brought our product to market alongside our company, even going through the negative ratings for the product and determining why people were unhappy.

All our work for the company website has since been switched to Fyresite as well, extending our scope.

How did you come to work with Fyresite?

We approached three or four developers in the beginning. The goal was to find someone that would be willing to put in the extra time, instead of punching-out at five o'clock. I needed a company that would deliver results and that I could trust. I wanted to be able to contact them at any time of day or night and receive an answer. Before even choosing a company, I will look at their response style and general dedication. Passion is important when choosing a working partner; they should offer their own ideas instead of simply doing what I tell them to. I had this feeling about Fyresite, and it has proven to be right.

Could you provide a sense of the size of this initiative in financial terms?

This is confidential.

What is the status of this engagement?

We first approached them in 2013. We're still working together. Fyresite is in charge of our servers and they handle any redundancy issues. We're also working on a few tweaks for the apps.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?

The idea of Wi-Fi connectivity has brought some attention to our sector. We've seen some growth in the company since starting the project.

We've had four-star ratings on both the Apple store and Google Play. Overall, Fyresite has done a good job.

How did Fyresite perform from a project management standpoint?

I'm very detail-oriented, so I've pushed them harder than normal in order to deliver results quicker. They don't usually come to me with scopes, but rather I will tell Fyresite that I need something done by a certain date. They've always delivered for me and hit every mark that I asked for, so I have no complaints.

What distinguishes Fyresite from other providers?

Fyresite has brought their entire team into anything that they've undertaken. They have a lot of passionate people who put in their two cents no matter what. They're not just yes-men; they want the product that they're working on to be the best out there. They ask the right questions and give advice and recommendations on things that I'd never thought of. For example, they suggested trying Facebook ads for my product, which led to more sales. They also gave me feedback in terms of design.

Is there anything Fyresite could have improved or done differently?

No. I don't have any criticisms for them.

Please include a summary of key deliverables. The scope of work Fyresite handled for us was extensive and multi-layered. Initially, they conducted discovery sessions to fully understand our compliance requirements, client personas, and backend operations. From there, they moved into information architecture and prototyping. One of the main deliverables was a secure client dashboard that allowed users to review their investment positions, receive real-time updates, and view custom reports. Fyresite also built a seamless onboarding flow for new investors, which included KYC compliance steps, risk profiling, and digital signing integration.Another significant component was the administrative backend they designed specifically for our in-house analysts and advisors. This included the ability to monitor transactions, update product details, manage user permissions, and pull aggregate data reports. To make sure data could be updated in real-time, Fyresite developed custom API integrations with our internal CRM and third-party market data providers. The final product was more than an e-commerce solution it became an operational tool for both our clients and our internal staff.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success? One of the first signs of success came from our internal advisors. Within weeks of launch, they were reporting smoother client interactions and fewer manual touchpoints, particularly during onboarding and account updates. Clients, on the other hand, immediately commented on how intuitive and professional the platform felt compared to our older, fragmented systems. We noticed an uptick in usage of the self-service tools, and our support tickets for basic account inquiries dropped substantially. While we didn’t go into the project expecting immediate ROI, the platform quickly proved itself by streamlining several operational processes that previously required human intervention. More importantly, it gave us a solid foundation to expand our digital offerings, including more interactive investment products and client communications.Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?Fyresite ran a very structured and transparent project management process. From the beginning, they outlined clear phases, sprint cycles, and milestones. Weekly check-ins kept us aligned, and they used collaborative tools where both teams could track tasks and leave real-time feedback. I remember a particular sprint where we had a last-minute regulatory change that required adjustments to our client risk assessment form. I fully expected this to push timelines, but Fyresite’s team adjusted course without delay, revised the design, and delivered a compliant update in the same sprint. They maintained open communication throughout the entire project. If something was unclear or needed revision, we didn’t have to chase them they were proactive, thoughtful, and fully committed to getting it right. What was your primary form of communication with Fyresite?Virtual MeetingEmail or Messaging AppWhat did you find most impressive or unique about this company? What stood out most was how Fyresite was able to balance creativity with regulatory discipline. We’ve worked with agencies in the past that either leaned too much into design and ignored compliance or focused only on backend development and left the user experience dry and generic. Fyresite walked the line between the two with surprising finesse. Their designs were elegant and user-focused, yet every decision was justified from a technical or regulatory standpoint. It also impressed us how well they learned the language of our industry. By the midpoint of the project, their developers and designers could discuss financial flows, risk thresholds, and compliance logic with the same fluency as our internal analysts. That level of understanding was not only unexpected but incredibly valuable. Are there any areas for improvement or something Fyresite could have done differently? There was only one minor area where we felt a bit of friction during the transition phase when the project moved from active development to internal onboarding. While they provided documentation, it initially wasn’t as tailored to our technical team as we’d hoped. Some of the deployment instructions assumed familiarity with their framework, and we had to request follow-up sessions to clarify certain backend functions and integration points. To their credit, Fyresite responded quickly and offered hands-on walkthroughs to resolve those gaps. It didn’t delay anything significantly, but we’d suggest that for future clients in complex industries, a more customized handoff package would smooth the final stage of delivery.

From there, they architected a custom e-commerce solution from the ground up.The scope included redesigning our entire online experience, creating a product display system that supported dozens of variants, and implementing a wholesale portal where approved retailers could log in, access tiered pricing, and place bulk orders. They developed a custom-built inventory sync tool to ensure stock levels were accurate in real-time, integrated payment systems for domestic and international clients, and built a content management system that allowed our internal team to update collections, trade show features, and featured games with ease. One feature that stood out was a request builder that let retailers design their own exclusive sets. This reduced the load on our sales support staff and freed up time for them to focus on relationship building and strategic accounts. One key success was how well the inventory sync reduced manual fulfillment errors. Our fulfillment team reported a noticeable drop in backorder issues and miscommunications. And on the front end, we began receiving compliments directly from customers, including one vendor who said, It finally feels like I’m ordering from a premium game company online.Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?Fyresite’s project management style was refreshingly organized without being overly rigid. They established a communication rhythm that worked for our team a weekly update call, supplemented by real-time messages through our shared channel. From day one, they were clear about expectations, milestones, and handoffs. They consistently delivered on time, and even when we requested last-minute changes to the B2B login flow, they managed to work it into the timeline without pushing other deliverables back. Their responsiveness stood out. Whenever we had questions be it technical or strategic they replied quickly and explained things in a way that was easy for our team to understand, even those who weren’t technical. What was your primary form of communication with Fyresite?Virtual MeetingEmail or Messaging AppWhat did you find most impressive or unique about this company? What impressed us most about Fyresite was their ability to connect the dots between technical functionality and brand expression. They didn’t just build a store; they built a platform that felt like an extension of who we are. They took our catalog of games and made them come alive digitally. Their team had a strong sense of design but also knew how to make that design work for manufacturing logistics, pricing complexities, and customer-specific product structures. Are there any areas for improvement or something Fyresite could have done differently? No

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and position.I am the CEO of K&Z DesignDescribe what your company does in a single sentence. We are Ukraine based international company providing design solutions for partners around the world (US, Europe, India)

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Fyresite to accomplish? Our goal was to completely reimagine the online service experience. Specifically, we wanted to build a highly customized e-commerce platform that could facilitate service selection, real-time price calculation across multiple currencies, and seamless integration with our existing ERP and CRM systems.

**SOLUTION**
How did you find Fyresite?Online SearchWhy did you select Fyresite over others?Pricing fit our budgetGreat culture fitGood value for costCompany values alignedHow many teammates from Fyresite were assigned to this project?2-5 EmployeesDescribe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.Fyresite approached the project methodically. They began with a discovery phase, during which they interviewed different members of our team from design leads to operations managers to understand both the technical and business layers of our requirements. What followed was a full redesign and redevelopment of our e-commerce experience. They delivered a completely custom platform, built with a headless CMS and a modern frontend that offered users a seamless interaction regardless of device. This included a mobile-first approach, where the mobile experience was built with as much consideration and care as the desktop version. The system integrated directly with our CRM, allowing us to capture and segment leads automatically. It also featured a pricing configurator that adjusted services and prices based on region, contract length, and customer type. Another standout feature was a client onboarding flow that guided new users through service selection, reducing confusion and ensuring every lead came in with the correct specifications. Behind the scenes, they developed a tailored admin dashboard that gave our internal team real-time access to analytics, customer activity, and sales data.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?Post-launch, we saw an immediate improvement in operational efficiency. Our team no longer had to manually respond to inquiries or spend time formatting service details, since clients were able to build and submit their own packages through the platform. We also noticed that the quality of leads improved, as clients arrived already informed and clear about what they needed. Internally, the integration with our systems significantly reduced time spent on administrative tasks. Externally, we received direct feedback from new clients noting that the professionalism and clarity of our platform influenced their decision to move forward with us. The new setup also gave our sales and design teams access to better data, which helped us refine our offerings and tailor our approach in different markets.Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?Their project management process was seamless. We were assigned a dedicated point of contact who kept the communication consistent through weekly video calls and real-time channels like Slack. Updates were always delivered as promised, and often ahead of schedule. They were also very flexible; for instance, when one of our markets introduced a new compliance requirement, they adapted quickly and implemented the necessary changes without delay. Their responsiveness was excellent. Whether we were raising a question, identifying a bug, or asking for a feature clarification, we always received thoughtful and timely responses that made us feel prioritized throughout the project. What was your primary form of communication with Fyresite?Virtual MeetingEmail or Messaging AppWhat did you find most impressive or unique about this company?Fyresite impressed us by going beyond the scope of what we asked for. They didn’t just build what we requested they challenged us to think differently and introduced creative solutions we hadn’t considered. One example was the guided onboarding wizard, which now serves as a major touchpoint for new clients. They also had a rare balance between technical execution and business understanding. Their team truly behaved like an extension of ours, always thinking a few steps ahead to make sure what they were building made sense for our goals and our clients. They were invested, not just contracted, which made the entire collaboration feel like a partnership rather than a transaction. Are there any areas for improvement or something Fyresite could have done differently? If there’s one area where we’d have liked a bit more, it would be in the technical documentation post-delivery. While the system worked perfectly and they provided training sessions, the backend documentation could have been more detailed for our internal dev team, especially for the more advanced custom logic. That said, whenever we reached out to Fyresite for clarifications even weeks after launch they were quick to respond and always ready to provide support. So while documentation could be improved, their availability and willingness to assist more than made up for it.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Fyresite to accomplish? We needed an e-commerce platform that would help us manage and sell compliance toolkits, audit checklists, and resource packs. Our old system was clunky. Fyresite was brought in to build a clean, secure, and scalable shop that made ordering digital resources simple for our clients.

They built custom product pages for digital items, added a subscription feature for compliance updates, integrated Stripe for payments, and built a dashboard where our team could manage licenses and send auto-updates to buyers. It was full-service.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?Since launching the new shop, customers have said it’s easier to find what they need. Our support tickets went down, and we’ve had more people complete their purchases without needing help. Internally, our marketing team was also able to launch bundles faster with Fyresite’s custom CMS.Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs? They used a shared dashboard to track progress, and every Friday we had short sync meetings. Deadlines were met, and changes were handled fast. Once, we asked to redo a checkout step at the last minute, and they turned it around in two days. We never had to chase them for updates. What was your primary form of communication with Fyresite?Virtual MeetingEmail or Messaging AppWhat did you find most impressive or unique about this company? They really cared about how users feel. Instead of just making it work, they made it intuitive. Their designer even walked us through small things like color use for trust signals at checkout. They made sure everything looked professional and felt simple—even to first-time buyers. Are there any areas for improvement or something Fyresite could have done differently? If we had to pick one thing, it would be clearer hand-off training. We got documentation, but a live walkthrough would’ve helped our non-tech team a bit more. That said, when we reached out, they were happy to hop on a call and walk us through things step by step. Very supportive.

**Feedback Summary**: Fyresite delivered an elegant and useful platform that was used in onboarding sessions and unlocked new conversations about digitizing the firm's intellectual infrastructure. The team was methodical, flexible, communicative, and honest. They provided respectful feedback and proactive updates.
"“What stood out most was their ability to walk the line between engineering discipline and creative collaboration.”"

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and position.I am the Partner & Head of Creators of Andreessen HorowitzDescribe what your company does in a single sentence. Andreessen Horowitz (known as "a16z") is a venture capital firm that backs bold entrepreneurs building the future through technology.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Fyresite to accomplish?we wanted to create a private, curated digital marketplace to showcase and facilitate engagement with some of the tools, research, and resources developed by or for our network of portfolio companies.

Please include a summary of key deliverables.Fyresite’s team came into the engagement with a clear willingness to understand what made this project different from typical e-commerce builds. They never tried to fit us into a pre-designed solution. Instead, they began by sitting with us virtually and often to dissect what we were trying to accomplish. They worked across multiple departments, from our marketing and content leads to engineering and legal, since the platform had to comply with strict security protocols and data sensitivity rules. The development work itself was layered. First, they built a custom backend that could support multiple levels of user access and authentication, which was crucial given that different user types founders, advisors, enterprise partners would need varying degrees of visibility into content and tools. They then designed a frontend that matched our visual identity with precision, integrating subtle animations, intuitive navigation, and personalized dashboards. One of the most appreciated elements was their ability to integrate seamlessly with existing systems tools like Notion, internal data libraries, and even gated video content. They also helped us map out a system for future integration with third-party software used by our portfolio companies. Their final deliverables weren’t just functional they were polished, forward-thinking, and structurally sound.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success? From a results standpoint, what stood out wasn’t some spike in metrics, but rather the quality of engagement we saw after launch. Founders who accessed the portal described it as elegant and surprisingly useful. Our team began using it more actively in onboarding sessions with new portfolio companies. Internally, the project unlocked a new conversation about how we could digitize more of the firm’s intellectual infrastructure, and Fyresite had a direct role in making that vision concrete.Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?Their project management style deserves particular credit. They were methodical but flexible keeping us on schedule even when some internal deliverables from our side lagged behind. Whenever we had new ideas or requests mid-sprint, they didn’t push back reflexively. Instead, they evaluated whether the changes made sense from both a user and technical perspective, and offered honest, respectful feedback. Their communication was clear, measured, and always proactive. We never had to chase them for updates. What was your primary form of communication with Fyresite?Virtual MeetingEmail or Messaging AppWhat did you find most impressive or unique about this company? What stood out most was their ability to walk the line between engineering discipline and creative collaboration. They knew when to take the lead and when to let us explore. During one of the UX walkthroughs, for instance, they caught an inconsistency in how some tools were categorized something we had overlooked. Rather than just flag it, they proposed a new taxonomy that made everything simpler for the user. That kind of thinking isn’t in the brief it’s just the sign of a team that genuinely cares. Are there any areas for improvement or something Fyresite could have done differently? If we were to suggest anything for improvement, it would be to have more structured workshops in the early phase. While our discovery conversations were productive, we realized late in the process that a few deeper design sprints might have helped align some stakeholders earlier on. That said, when we did hit points of confusion or misalignment, Fyresite never hesitated to course-correct with humility and clarity.

Please include a summary of key deliverables.Fyresite’s team kicked things off with an incredibly thorough discovery process, diving deep into how our workflows operate, what types of users we support, and how this platform would complement our larger suite of services. The final product included a fully customized eCommerce system, integrated payment processing, and user dashboards tailored for both applicants and administrators. They also prioritized accessibility and responsiveness, knowing our client base includes various government and nonprofit agencies with specific compliance needs. Fyresite took the time to prototype everything from the navigation flow to the logic behind service requests and ensured compatibility with our infrastructure hosted across several secure environments.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success? We saw immediate operational improvements once we launched. Our users were able to request and manage service subscriptions far more efficiently, and internally we gained better visibility into user engagement, payment records, and licensing workflows. More than just technical success, we got real feedback from state agency partners who praised the ease-of-use and transparency of the platform.Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs? When it came to project management, Fyresite never left us guessing. Their team was punctual, communicative, and completely transparent during sprints. Even when we hit moments where our internal priorities shifted, Fyresite adapted quickly sometimes even anticipating our changes before we formally submitted them. They operated more like an extension of our team than a third-party vendor. What was your primary form of communication with Fyresite?Virtual MeetingEmail or Messaging AppWhat did you find most impressive or unique about this company? What really stood out about Fyresite was how they made complex tech feel manageable. They translated very abstract requirements into something concrete, reliable, and user-friendly. That balance of creative design and technical rigor is hard to find in one place, but they brought it every step of the way.Are there any areas for improvement or something Fyresite could have done differently? As for areas of improvement, I’d say there were minor moments early on when we had to clarify how some of our legacy systems would interact with the new platform. Once that alignment was made, though, everything moved forward very smoothly. It might have helped if we’d had a technical onboarding session earlier, but that’s as much on us as it is on them.
