The two websites are excellent, and everyone on our team is extremely pleased and proud of the rich information and aesthetic appearance. We can't yet measure results, but we are sure this will boost the visibility of our program.

Brainium technology was hired to complete a new website development. The aim of the project was to create a website that was engaging and allowed users to interface with the site.

I selected the company as they had previously completed work for the company I previously worked out. The previous website had been completed to the satisfaction of the company and had met all the defined timelines.

An initial meeting was organised to work out the scope of the project. Following the discussion, a mock up of the project including key pages and functionality was designed and sent for approval. The team then divided the project into stages and small payments were made at the completion of each stage after it had been delivered to my satisfaction. Functionality was also thoroughly assessed prior to project completion.

The project manager and primary developer were the two main personnel I worked with however several other developers also made contact if they had any specific questions.

All stages of the project were delivered on time and in budget

The project manager connected me with the lead developer where I liaised with both of them via online meetings and through regular messages.

The team provided my company with a very professional website. They were always very happy to take on any feedback and to add extra functionality at no further cost to the company. When asked, Brainium was also able to generate solutions to areas we were having trouble completing such as logo development.

We start with a zoom meeting, our team had prepared all desin material and using a whatsapp group, our team has worked with their team like a single team. They led a fluent, simple, and efficient workflow.

All our contacts was efficient, sometimes we had to repeat but it's very normal for this kind of project. They where transparent, never say impossible (and we like that).

The report cost/efficiency are very high.

Mayby using a ticketing to track issues and bug like freshdesk or osTicket clould give us more real time statut, but it seems it work well even if they didnt use this kind of tool.
