Their customer response time was amazing, they were friendly, was under our budget and good overall reviews on Brainium on difference review platforms

PHP platform where we wanted to implement features like cart system, admin dashboard, reviews, favorites etc.

4-5 staff worked with us, they were Account manager, project manager, developer, UI/UX, and a server staff.

We havent launched the website but testing phase is completed and everything is working flawlessly. We received what we had asked for.

We had meetings as and when required on google meets, which was our recommended platform.

They never said no to anything that we asked them. They entertained all of our requests and any amendments that we needed.

Brainium created backend of the service in Laravel. Through restful web services, they were able to develop an iOS client for use by both providers and customers.

I really enjoyed working with Brainium info tech and Raju and Swetabja. After an initial phone call, the project started right away and it was implemented exactly according to my ideas. I really liked the fact that you have several contact persons who you can contact immediately, quickly and easily.

I was also regularly informed about the status of developments. That shows that the work is very serious. All in all: Nice contact, professional and fast work and a very fair price. I will definitely work with Brainium again. Thanks for a great job.

The total project spanned 3 months. This included receiving the code from a previous development agency, analysis, fixing of glitches, and uploading to the App Store.

I worked with the account manager who handles the initial introduction and payment and the project manager who oversees the mobile app development.

Communication was through email. Timelines were not very clear and some deadlines were missed. However, the project was completed in a timely manner. Communication with the agency was good.

It was impressive how they understood my vision and executed it.

Giving a clear timeline with milestones would assure the client more. There are some bugs/glitches that occur which may be due to app testing issues.

We launched our business late in 2020 and required a website for the same. Since our services are all online, we needed a website that would educate our audience of our services, support organic lead generation, information collection, and update our visitors of our latest events.

We needed to start marketing our services immediately and the website was an integral part of the brand positioning. The duration in which the website could be ready and live for operating was the primary deciding factor. Brainium team had promised to deliver the complete WordPress website in 2-3 weeks time.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss goals and objectives. From there the team delivered mockups & wireframes for our site. After a few iterations their team designed and developed an informational website. They have continuously worked to update the content, pages, designs, etc, as is required time and again.

A Project Manager was our point of contact. Besides that, 2 UI Designers and 3 Web Developers were associated with this project.

There occured a couple of designing issues and the collection of information with the forms on the site, however the Brainium team was quick to help whenever we needed them.

We were constantly in touch, on an average 3 times a week. Brainium team often sat in meetings with us to understand our requirements and the design specifications we had asked for. They were always willing to make any changes that we required on the platform.

They gave us a professional site that's easy to update. They have also provided us with a tutorial video to help us understand how we can update content ourselves from the backend.

We do understand that the Brainium team works with multiple projects at one time, but there is a scope for improvement in the speed of service. Otherwise, they are always helpful and ready to communicate on any difficulty we might be facing or any update we might require on the site.
