We needed to bring to the next level our email marketing strategy and execution. We needed a team of experts who could help us with innovation, creation of several flows, creation of weekly newsletter, creation of content and upload. Our goals were to retain our existing customers, to engage them with our online fitness classes, as well as convert prospects who simply signed up to our newsletter but that never subscribed to our courses.

Amazing results! The opening rate of our weekly newsletter has increased of almost 32%. We created more than one flow per month and we managed to achieve all the results we planned.

The goal was to increase our conversion rate by having a website that's easy to navigate so that website visitors can find whatever they needed and check out seamlessly. We also needed to give our Shopify website a more modern feel and needed to work with web developers that are familiar with the app Recharge Subscriptions so that it can adapt to the new theme.

The team at Absolute Web were able to integrate the new theme with Recharge Subscriptions without having to compromise on the aesthetics of the webpage. We've noticed a higher conversion rate ever since updating the website, and I believe this is largely due to the fact that shopping has become more fun and easy for customers.

Having a great shopping experience and a highly responsive design was also a priority.

The project manager Andres was the main point of contact however towards the end I was liasing directly with the full stackd developer Pavlo.

We've only received positive feedback from customers. The amount of time it takes to check out has shortened and we've noticed a higher conversion rate, from 3-4% to around 5-6%.

We mostly communicated via email and Zoom calls. Andres was always willing to jump on a call and would find a way to fit me into his schedule even with last minute meeting requests. Not once did I ever feel like they were lacking communication, which was very much appreciated.

We've never worked with a web agency before but were impressed with the level of communication and transparency. They went overboard with the amount of hours dedicated to a particular task and went above and beyond to ensure that we're happy with the end result.
