We have also reached and appealed to a new demographic that with our old website was unattainable.

Regen is a new Direct-To-Consumer gaming eyewear brand from INSPECS Group. The brand will be looking to launch in Q1 / early Q2. Regen is looking to design & build a site to launch their product range in the UK first, with international stores to follow.
The site should be fully styled to REGEN branding, which includes some custom metafields in Shopify. It should also support a Virtual try-on integration. The site should be easy to use both from a customer's POV and for the Regen team, with documentation to refer back to after launch.

Yes, the project timeline was extended slightly due to a couple of change requests that arose as both the site + the brand were developed and some unavoidable issues which are typical in any new brand launch. However, we were able to deliver the site on time for the shareholders, which was our aim.
Superco were great in responding to MANY questions from the team as shopify was new to us and we therefore needed a lot of hand holding during the site population and UAT phases. We also have some great documentation to revert back to.

The level of account management that was provided was very impressive, particularly when we aren't what you would class as a big client (yet). We had several calls in which the whole team were involved, which gave us confidence that we were as important as a much larger client, something we didn't feel when speaking with other agencies in the scoping stage.

A change in personnel did mean that communication was hampered slightly during the project + some conversations we had had previously were not passed on but this was rectified pretty swiftly and superco did all they could to ensure that our project remained on time and to a very high standard.

Sam was an outstanding account manager. She often went out of her way to help us and explain things in more detail even on her day off or out of hours.

I was very impressed with Sam our Account Manager. At first I felt a little out of sorts as everything was done on Figma and online meetings. We were unable to schedule a face to face meeting. It took a short time for me to understand how Superco worked with regards to completing tasks. Once understood, the process was simple and logical. Sam kept me going throughout the project. My lack of technical know how at times drove me mad (I am sure it drove her mad but she never let on)!
She was calm, collected and thoughtful. Upon occasion, she talked me through the same areas about 10 times until I fully understood - this was the uploading info onto Shopify. There were times when I was literally losing the will to live with the technical aspects but Sam was always a huge support. At the end of the project, we were able to upload info, change images and literally do anything on Shopify. No more hard coding! I am now a Shopify Plus expert!

Superco has raised our profile, and the emails are beautiful. Moreover, Superco achieves what they set out to do. We’re very proud of the emails going out; they help our website and draw more people in.

They’re accommodating about budgeting and telling us what we need to do. Superco is honest and helpful; they analyze our needs and work through a timely program within budget.

Two primary KPIs:
Revenue: our email nurtures that replaced outdated emails have all grown between 50-150% in the first few weeks
Time: our new email design system has made self-management (without harming deliverability etc.) incredibly easy.
We formerly did image-based emails (in Canva). There was a lot of back-and-forth between Canva and Klaviyo and deliverability was always impacted due to text to image ratios.

Sophie was our primary POC for this scope of work. She was incredibly organized, moved the creative process along in a smart and efficient way and had flows QA'd and set live on time.
