Our main purpose for hiring alpha systems was web development.We wanted to improve our website design and make it dynamic.. As we hadn’t updated the website for a very long time we required a team of skilled web developers. We wanted the web design to be as simple as possible as our customers were facing a lot of problems while using the website as there were many bugs and issues. This needed a lot of work and alpha systems were perfect for our web development.

We were looking for reputed web development agencies on google and LinkedIn. The initially provided us with some free trials to understand their process of web development. They already had a great portfolio and we analyzed their services and found it ideal for us.

Our team had a meeting with their team and we coordinated all the requirements like big issues faced by our users for the new design. They also did their own user research, competitor analysis to get a better understanding. They then developed a completely new structure/design for our website. They also added some custom features and integrated third party add ons and then worked on the UI of our website Once the prototype was finalised after our team meetings the website was launched as a fully functioning website

For the web development project we worked with a lot of people from their team. The team was managed by a project manager and his team included web developers, web designer, QA Engineers.

What challenge were you trying to address with Aalpha Information Systems?
I needed a company to design, develop, and host a website to bring my shop online.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Aalpha Information Systems designed and developed a WooCommerce website with PayPal and SafePay integrations. Aalpha Information Systems designed the site with multiple pages based on a template I provided. I also gave them my logo, some written content, and product photos, which Aalpha Information Systems added to the design — they showed me how to access the site’s backend for future updates.
As they developed the site, Aalpha Information Systems’ team ensured it would work on mobile devices. Once the development was complete, Aalpha Information Systems began offering hosting and maintenance services.

We wanted to develop a website that had the modern day features like chatbots, payment gateway, and third party security. All of these features were too technical for us. So we decided to look for agencies who specialize in website development.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We found them on LinkedIn during our research for web development agencies. We initiated the conversation and scheduled a discovery call with their team. Over the call, we understood their offerings and services - explained to them what we were looking for and started working together after signing an NDA.

In the first stage the team analysed our business and understood the vision of our company. On the basis of this observation they suggested we have an authentic theme with a mega menu. Features like payment systems and chatbots were added in the process.
In discussion with the SEO and content team, we created a strategy for adding all the necessary pages. First they created the homepage, then all the services were listed, and the about us page had a call to action button. In the last stage the blog page was defined and a month long list of topics was created. Apart from that they did the testing process of the website at regular intervals.

The team of experts included, the project manager, QA engineer, 2 developers and designer. They all worked in collaboration and took care of respective activities as directed by the project manager.

The designer did a great job in maintaining the loading time of the website to a minimum. Visual aids and animations added a sophisticated appeal to the website. We also witnessed a high rate of customer satisfaction with the smooth payment gateway.
We observed that the optimized landing page was a major contributor in converting the lead. The observation from analytics tools told us how long the visitors stayed on the landing page.Tthe reach of the website on search engine results is growing at a good pace.

All the communication was done through Skype and the record keeping was done on spreadsheets. At the end of every video conference, we shared the minutes of the meeting.
This helped us in following the key points of the project. We sat with the team for strategy calls and development checks were done once every 2 weeks. The entire flow of communication was managed by the project leader. A hierarchy of assigning activities and addressing concerns was maintained throughout the project.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We did not face any problems in communicating with the agency. They reported to us timely and took our suggestions before implementing any work. All the stats, data, and reports were easy to locate. Overall, they did a great job in explaining to us the work process in detail.

Our aim was to create an interactive website that delivers an immersive learning experience to our students. It should be secure, reliable, SEO-friendly, and intuitive. Our primary aim was to enroll as many students as we can through our website. An integrated CRM system was also required along with the website to manage the inflow of the students.

Aalpha Information System used very concise elements and features to make the website responsive. They adapted the tabs and pages of relevant competitors by tweaking them according to our business needs. In order to put the CRM system in place, the team established an integration process.
The key deliverables include; developing the website from scratch, Strategizing and developing content pages, Ideas and implementation of features like payment gateway, SEO optimization, Monitoring the website for bug fixes, Designing visual elements for a user-friendly web experience.

During the tenure of the project our company worked with; A project leader QA engineer Lead designer SEO and Content head All of them had a backend team who were instructed on the strategy discussed during our regular meetings. In case of emergency communication, we got in touch with the project leader.

After the launch of the website we have already received a huge number of visitors and the conversion rate has reached 18% of the total visitors. The navigation time was reduced by more than 1 minute per visitor. The website is performing well in terms of UI/UX and the customers are able to locate the website easily on search engines.
The content on the web pages has helped significantly in boosting the search results. All the bugs and issues were tested before the final launch of the website, so far we have recorded 1000+ visitors per day.

In the initial stages we had to develop a strategy from scratch so we had calls with the team every 2 days. After 2 weeks of strategizing, we created a plan of action.
