We are a small team running both a brick and mortar shop as well as an ecommerce platform. Our old POS/website was with Lightspeed and we decided it was time to move to somethiing more flexible and robust. Once we settled on Shopify, we found ITGeeks listed as a partner who could help us with the migration and design process.

From the beginning of contact, ITGeeks has been helpful with sorting out what needed to be traansferred, how to prepaare for the process, the timeline, the expectations, and offered support every step of the way. 

We now have a fully functional Shopify site that looks great, works wonderfully, and is heads and tails above what we offered before!

ITGeeks promptly delivered exactly what we were hoping for in a reasonable timeline. We did not have any downtime due to the migration process and in fact, our online sales almost immediately increased!

ITGeeks was organized and prompt with deliverables from the very beginning, but they also demonstrated patience and flexibility. Our project was delayed for a month due to our area being hit by a natural disaster and the loss of a team member. The team at ITGeeks was compassionate and checked in on us regularly without being pushy. It was easy to get back to work with them once we were able to.

The recaptcah needs to look and feel like it belongs on our site using the proper colors. The appearance of the box cant hinder general browsing of cars, and should only appear when availability is requested.

In doing this, they set up where I could charge a fee for these options. They then inputed conditional formating where I could recieve custom information for personalizaiton of my product listing if a add-on option  (cusotmization option) was selected . They also edited my packing slip in a way that made it more clear and organized.

Our new website was completed on time and budget. Adding in new functionality has transpired over time with successful completions each time.  Some options are changing code, others are installing apps that fit our needs.

They have been responsive to all needs. If there are any pushbacks, it's because their project manager wanted clarification for his teammates.

We had an ecommerce site that needed a complete overhaul.  We had hired another company prior to hiring IT Geeks and that company spent 18 months and could not deliver a usable website.  After an in-depth search for a company qualified to re-do the project that had just been finished, IT Geeks took over and built a new site from scratch.  They were amazing and delivered a finished product that any company would be proud of.
