What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project has allowed our website to sync with another active website, sharing products, filters, and live tracking, including live inventory tracking. We have seen an increase of about 12% in sales in a single category due to improved inventory. We are seeing more sales in this category than in previous years, and while we have not received direct customer feedback, the results have been positive. Once the filter project is completed, I anticipate an even better and more user-friendly experience for our customers, which should further increase our sales percentage.

Our project manager, Riya, has done an excellent job communicating the scope of the project, keeping it on time, and working through challenges such as building out filters and managing product inventory numbers. The project plan has been well thought out and executed.

This is a complicated and robust project, and IT-Geeks has tacklesd and worked through it in a timely manner.

Our website is much better and easier to use now. Editing our website is much easier, and we have a lot more freedom to create the website that we want. We've used them three times, and each time, they've been absolutely fantastic to work with. The project was about back-of-house theme editing. Creature Coffee continues to receive interest in its mobile coffee cart and coffee bean services. There was no increase or decrease after the work was done. The work completed was about editing the theme so that we could then edit the website ourselves. The IT-Geeks would send me email confirmation, images, and videos confirming that the edits were correct. This made Creature Coffee's website clearer and easier to use.

They are absolutely awesome. Communication is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend them. They did the work quickly, efficiently, and on time Their communication is amazing. We communicate via in-person meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

Their speed of work, communication, and thoroughness are impressive. If there's an issue, they deal with it straight away. They're clearly experts in Shopify and what they do.

No, there aren't any. Everything has been perfect.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We haven't seen any improvement in our website's speed metrics after IT-Geeks worked on our stores. Only after questioning them did they say this would be a bigger project and require 10 times the budget they quoted at the beginning of the engagement. It's absolutely shameful and disgraceful. I feel completely misled by such a cheap tactic.

Moreover, our SEO performance has been negative. We haven't seen anything positive, and IT-Geeks hasn't been able to show any progress to that extent.

IT-Geeks' project management has been misleading. IT-Geeks communicates via email and messages.

There's nothing impressive about IT-Geeks.

They could stop lying and deceiving people. They could also stop using foreign names to give the impression that they're Western when they're actually from Southeast Asia.

It's amazing how sweet, kind, professional and responsive the team is. They always made sure everything was super clear. The team consistently updated us with the progress.  As this project was extremely complex, we did not meet the original deadline but we were aware ahead of time the reasoning and it was unavoidable.  The team worked extremely hard to ensure we received all the functionality plus additional improvements we desperately needed.

Their ability to handle so many tasks at one time.  Some days we were submitting 10-15 different things that needed to be handled and they were always on top of it.

Each time we received an invoice it showed as past due.  It was unclear how it could be past due when it was the first time we received the invoice to pay it.  This is a minor thing but it was frustrating the first time it happened because we are very meticulous about ensuring invoices are paid on time.

We use Basecamp to manage cards throughout our project timelines. There are over 75 small projects inside of our overhaul that IT-Geeks has assisted us with throughout our ongoing partnership. Our UX has been improved with both teams allowing for increased sales, site navigation, and use. We’re up 35% in sales since adjusting our UX and paid marketing approach.

IT-Geeks’ communication and management are wonderful.

The only challenge we’ve had is the time difference between the US Eastern Time and India. With that said, the IT-Geeks team stays online to accommodate us for pressing projects. Ea (CEO) and her team have been wonderful at accommodating our needs and timelines.

IT-Geeks' project management was good. Our primary form of communication was virtual meetings, and messaging apps. We ran into a few times where it was challenging to communicate what we wanted to achieve, and we had to go over it a few times before it was right.

We usually email them a list of things we want to change on our website, giving visual references when needed. For this most recent project we wanted a custom landing page template that had the option of a colorful background rather than the standard white, as well as a custom font with adjustable sizing and a variety of different blocks like carousels to feature various content like imagery, videos. They accomplished exactly what we had in mind, based on our reference, and did so very quickly (within a week or less). Their prices are reasonable.

They delivered exactly what we needed. Once we started populating the page we noticed a couple very minor issues, and when we reached out they jumped in and immediately fixed it. They're very responsive, communicative, and fast-working, and their rates are reasonable.
