YFood is a healthy nutrition company. All products are available in countries such as Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Our team designed a creative visual demonstrating of the components, plus well-converting interface aim of which is telling everything about the product. Product page combined with sticky buy panel to stay near the hand while reading the product description. There are a few buying options like regular purchasing and the opportunity to subscript to a product.

E-Commerce - sports nutrition store - Vplab
Vplab is a sports nutrition company. All the products are manufactured at leading factories in the UK, Ireland, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and California.
Our team has developed a turnkey website. We created the design of the main page, product catalog, product page, contacts, shopping cart, registration/authorization, order processing, personal account, blog, wish list, search page. Implemented the quick view function, which appears in the form of a pop-up, after the user clicks on the appropriate button and contains all the product information necessary for the purchase.

E-Commerce - watches store - ZinvoWatches
At the first stage of our work, we conducted a deep analysis of the website traffic and customer behavior and found out weaknesses in the work of the site. The second stage was the correction of existing errors without major changes in the website design. These actions maвe us double online-store conversions in two weeks. We analyzed sales funnels and long-term traffic channels and determined that one of the reasons of dropping traffic was the changes in the targeting. Then, we identified the blocks that distracted customers from the target action and took them away from the landing pages. We conducted a UX website analytics, redesigned pages, performed A/B testing, and selected hypotheses that yielded successful results.

The task wa set to realize a designer for the design of clothes and souvenirs, wich allows to unload ready-made goods in the Shopife. Using the API Shopify, we implemented an integration that allows you to create products is the Shopify store from the designer application.

We have migrated data to Shopify platform. We transferred content with the help of virtual assistants, developed application for automatic relocation, imported products with a CSV file. We hired MBC to develop and launch our global site structure with individual sites for local markets. Makebecool developed our Shopify store from scratch. Taking into account the complex design and quantity of mandatory applications and then optimization for speed and mobile traffic. There is still an active scope of work in place. Since the launch, we have monthly support and on-going maintenance. Currently, we are launching international markets with their assistance. The regular updates and maintenance is very important to the e-commerce team and MBC helps us with this task saving us time and efforts.

We utilized several of their teams. Initially, it was their Theme Development resources to buildout the primary store. We used their Virtual Assistants for translation services. The oversight was provided from Eliza the project manager who proved to be a huge asset. A total of 5-6 specialists in all. We also had direct contact with CEO - Andriy. All communication went smoothly, friendly and professional. solutions are taken quickly. The entire team demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the entire experience.

After the launch of our new store version on Shopify conversion doubled and subscription signups customers increased 3x. Due to monthly support, we are confident the performance of our store development. MBC exceeded our expectations.

We work with our personal project manager using several sources of communication like email, WhatsApp and Asana as the main task-manager. Eliza always consults us about Shopify and development process. The job was properly planned and the project was delivered as expected. They were always available for calls. As we are building startups, development of our solutions are crucial. It is matter of doing everything on time, but also with high quality. We achieved the result, but we are still fixing a lot of issues we find after deeper testing of the deliverables.

Communication was good, but our project manager changed 2 times. We talked and discussed everything in Slack and over Google Meet.

Their portfolio looks quite good and the price is very attractive, but our final product had some issues. Sales rep guaranteed that they can do everything that was on the list in our requirements google sheet.

- Don't promise what you can't deliver.
- Don't push the testing to the customer, when there are obvious bugs in the layouts and responsiveness.
- Spend more time upfront to analyse all requirements.
