MakeBeCool helped us design and implement a cross-sell and AOV growth roadmap and then execute the highest-impact improvements. Key deliverables included replacing the full cart page experience with a faster slide-out cart drawer to reduce friction, moving trust signals closer to checkout CTAs, and setting up bundle mechanics with a dedicated bundle app. 
They also built a structured bundle strategy (including widget-based bundles and quantity-tier / volume-discount logic) and mapped specific product relationships (e.g., straps + corner protectors + related accessories) to ensure the offer architecture fits how customers actually shop. The work included ongoing analysis of sales and conversion, iterating bundle logic, and planning additional phases such as cart upsells, post-purchase upsells, and further product page upgrades.

We also gained a repeatable optimization framework we can scale to additional products and test systematically.

Overall, the collaboration was strong. One area to expand further would be proactively surfacing potential blockers earlier (dependencies, missing inputs, or operational constraints) so experiments can move faster. It would also be valuable to go deeper into revenue analytics and how paid campaigns and traffic quality translate into on-site behavior and sales to connect CRO changes with marketing performance and unlock additional growth opportunities.

We had a huge boost in conversion rates, with a nice ~10% increase in some items. The increase was consistent, and some places even went higher. We also saw an overall better AOV and conversion rates. We also saw obvious use of the apps they installed, as bundling has gone up.

I liked their project management. Although they were in a different country, so time zones could get wonky, they worked with us well. Generally, I believe it's hard to be 100% on the same page when making an e-commerce site, so I'd give them an 8/10 on that one. We communicated via Slack and meetings with Kate.

I liked that they were straightforward about what they specialized in making better. They didn't promise the world, only what they knew.

Our conversion rates have increased over the past year to a satisfactory level. We are constantly looking at ways to continue to tweak and improve our design and we expect to be working with MakeBeCool as long as we are in business.

Due to the time difference between Ukraine and the USA - I typically receive theirs responses overnight and try to respond first thing the morning to try and get as much done during both of our "working hours". That being said, they've done a great job and scheduling calls during convenient hours. Despite the time difference, I feel everything is done in the timeline we need it.

Initially we had some communication issues - but once Alex become our account manager, the communication as been outstanding.

• Minor out-of-scope requests were implemented quickly. The team has fully completed the project in one month.

We were able to launch the project quickly and easily, which was a major achievement for us. At the moment we are starting to distribute our app to Shopify users.
