C42 strictly followed their very structured process outlined by the SOW. Timelines were tightly held by C42. Customer was the holdup and cause for extended development schedule. C42 team was very interactive from the very first introductory call. Their use of Basecamp as a communication tool took a moment to get used to but worked very well. They were equally responsive in other communication tools such as email and phone calls, but clearly prefer Basecamp for record keeping and their internal communication with team members. C42 seems committed to making sure their service and deliverables are prompt and on time. Any delays were customer related. C42 was very understanding when it came to our internal content review and the delays that it caused while gaining team member consensus.

This is a big reason I would recommend them to other people. Other groups I talked with before would try to upsell me. But, Weberous came in with the cleanest method of working. For example, they would give me suggestions about why we shouldn’t implement certain ideas because it would cost me an arm and a leg. They are there for you. They are in your corner at any time of the day. When I’ve had times where I didn’t know what was happening with a glitch or error, they would look into it right away and communicate to me in simple terms.

Never Settle communicated very effectively throughout the project. The only challenge was the time difference between us being in the US, and our specific designer and developer being located in England. We used Airtable, Google drive, Loom and email throughout the project. They delivered on time, and were always very responsive to our questions and needs at any point in the project. They were professional, thoughtful and excellent to work with at all times.

They project manage our digital marketing so we can concentrate on our day to day. AND they act has small scale help where ever we need. There is no project too big or small for them. Paul is an absolutely amazing person to work with. His knowledge is second to none and I always feel like I learn something every time I talk to him. He works well with others, is willing to collaborate, or if you need him to take something over, he is comfortable with that too and makes you feel at ease.
