Working with other developers, we had spent six months trying to come up with a new web site for our business, but experienced persistent delays and performance failures by our previous developers. We hired Red Spot to salvage the project, fix the errors of the previous developers and get our web site live.

We chose Red Spot based on recommendations from prior users of their services, who advised us that they were efficient, budget conscious and creative solutions.

We already had a template of our proposed new website, using Word Press, that the prior developers had done and with which we were somewhat happy with. We just couldn't get those developers to solve some issues that had come up with how the website functioned. We provided to Red Spot a checklist of the items that needed completion or modified in order for us to be able to go live with the website.
Red Spot reviewed our checklist with us, explore our test website, recommended various solutions and fixes to get us live, gave us a timeline and a budget. In the end, they delivered what they promised.

David Russell at Red Spot was our sole interface, but he had a team of developers that worked with him on the project and who passed their questions and comments to us through David.
