I am the operations manager at Frontier Waterproofing, an historic masonry restoration construction and consulting company in the DFW area.

Our website was outdated and was having issues, and didn't do everything we needed it to do. I needed someone to give me ideas and options, and to work with me to get it where we needed it to be, including some "contact us" options and a lot of links that correlate to other pages.

After researching for local companies and getting reviews/recommendations from peers near us, we selected them based on reputation and pricing

We met prior to starting the project to discuss our needs and wants, they got started and requested additional information from us as needed. I sent in additional information as I thought of it, too. They sent me draft pages often to review and I could make changes or accept them as is.

Once all pages were accepted I was able to see the website just as it would be when it was live, and could click around on everything. They then made it live and did all the back end work necessary to link it to our current web address, and will monitor it from now on.

Mostly dealt with 2 people, which was great for me because it is hard to have to explain everything to multiple people, so it was nice just having these few people that always knew the project.

Working with other developers, we had spent six months trying to come up with a new web site for our business, but experienced persistent delays and performance failures by our previous developers. We hired Red Spot to salvage the project, fix the errors of the previous developers and get our web site live.

We chose Red Spot based on recommendations from prior users of their services, who advised us that they were efficient, budget conscious and creative solutions.

We already had a template of our proposed new website, using Word Press, that the prior developers had done and with which we were somewhat happy with. We just couldn't get those developers to solve some issues that had come up with how the website functioned. We provided to Red Spot a checklist of the items that needed completion or modified in order for us to be able to go live with the website.

Red Spot reviewed our checklist with us, explore our test website, recommended various solutions and fixes to get us live, gave us a timeline and a budget. In the end, they delivered what they promised.

David Russell at Red Spot was our sole interface, but he had a team of developers that worked with him on the project and who passed their questions and comments to us through David.

We have not been live on our web site long enough to have measurable outcomes. Suffice to say, we are delighted to have completed the project and to have gone live with our new web site.

We got regular updates and reports from Red Spot on each step of the project and when they had completed each item on our agreed checklist.

We provided 3 waves of updates as far as design and content. They were able to accommodate our requests and quickly turn things around for us to validate the final design.

We mostly worked with one key contact from the dev team which made things easier on our end as far as communication.

Not sure of any improvements, it took a bit longer than expected, but that was primarily due to our inability to keep up with supply of information they needed.
