All of our business comes off of our website and social media so this was of the utmost importance to us. We have about 3 seconds to make an impression against all of our other competitors, RedSpot really helped so much with that. The design we wanted was extremely specific with images and content placement meaning everything. These guys were so patient! My specifications were right down to the border colors and size, very specific even I wouldn’t want to work with me, I’m that tough client that the details matter to. With all that being said, they were very quick and responsive with my many many requests no matter how small. They were clear with prices, quick with my edits and easy to work with. I would totally recommend them.

Our web design and development process is collaborative and transparent from start to finish: 1. Discovery – We learn about your business, target audience, goals, brand, content, functionality needs, and design preferences. We also outline the website structure so everyone is aligned before design begins. 2. Custom Design – We create a custom website design based on your brand and goals. You’ll review the design and have the opportunity to request revisions before we move into development. 3. Development – Once the design is approved, we build your website in WordPress using Elementor, incorporating your content, functionality, and responsive design. You’ll receive a private link to review the working website. 4. Review & Testing – We test the website across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices and make final adjustments based on your feedback. 5. Launch & Support – Once approved, we prepare the website for launch, test forms, assist with domain and hosting setup, and install tools such as Google Analytics. We also offer ongoing hosting, maintenance, website updates, and digital marketing services. Platforms & Integrations Our primary CMS is WordPress, and we specialize in Elementor for website development. For e-commerce websites, we primarily use WooCommerce. We can also integrate many third-party tools and services, including booking and scheduling platforms, payment systems, CRM tools, email marketing platforms, forms, and other business software. For custom booking systems, we typically integrate an established third-party platform rather than developing proprietary booking software from scratch.

SEO is not automatically included with every website build, but we offer comprehensive SEO services as an additional package. We can help improve your visibility in Google for the searches that matter to your business, including local keywords throughout Dallas-Fort Worth and other target markets. Our SEO services can include keyword research, on-page optimization, content strategy, local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and ongoing efforts designed to improve your search visibility and generate qualified leads.

Our website maintenance services include: Managed Web Hosting – Reliable hosting for your WordPress website.
