YEG Digital was engaged to design and develop a new website for Archetype HR, a new venture focused on employee assessment and engagement through personality-based archetypes.

The sites feel professional, thoughtful, and aligned with who we are, which has made a noticeable difference in how prospects respond to us. We’re more confident sending people to our website because it truly reflects the quality of our work.

Their project management was strong throughout. They use Basecamp, which made everything clear and organized. We always knew what stage we were in, what was coming next, and who was responsible for what.

They delivered on time and kept things moving. If we had feedback or needed changes, they responded quickly and adjusted without making it complicated. Communication was consistent, and nothing ever felt unclear or dropped. It felt structured but still flexible enough to collaborate easily.

What stood out most was their ability to take a rough idea and turn it into something far better than we initially imagined. We would come to them with a concept or direction, and they’d build on it in a way that elevated the design and the messaging beyond our expectations.

From both a design and writing perspective, they consistently delivered work that felt thoughtful, polished, and aligned with our voice. It never felt templated. They really leaned in and made it better every time.

Measurable outcomes include updated design for each page of website, adding a new page to house blogs and adding a footer section to allow for e-newsletter sign up. Also updating my 'contact us' page to integrate a third party form.

They're great at answering questions and providing expert support throughout the project. They also gave several recommendations on how to align my new website with my marketing efforts to track traffic and see how effective the advertising is overall. They redesigned my site exactly the way I wanted and I'm super happy with it!

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there we worked on wireframes for our site which was ran through our management to approve. Their team then designed and developed our website incorporating Woo commerce payment processing while also integrating our inventory stock status and item descriptions.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Working with YEGDIGITAL has left me feeling prepared for the future. It has helped me to see the bigger picture and not focus on "not making mistakes." I believe their input on how we deal with social media has already helped us gain and keep our followers engaged but has left me with a strategy to keep attracting new followers. The help with the retail strategy has given me confidence and structure that is already showing results & will undoubtably continue.

I find that I often try to do things too fast and when the time is right, they keep up with me but also they are helpful in "reigning me in" when I fall back into old habits.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Working with my abilities. I'm of an age where I use the internet and online shopping steadily but as a retailer I don't always understand why companies do the things they do. YEGDIGITAL has been a translator of sorts; converting why I buy the way I do into why I should do certain things to sell certain ways. They've helped me bridge the gap between the generation I am & the generations that my customers are/may be.
