There were a number of initial discussions that took place regarding what our business did, the services we provide, and ultimately who would be viewing our site. From there, we provided the key infrastructure "pillars" to begin the process. There was extensive exchanging of information behind the scenes for a period of approximately 4 weeks. After that, we went live in beta mode for 2 weeks, and made a number of small updates and adjustments. After that, we were permanently live.

The feedback from our site has been very positive.

What impressed me most was that they had great insight, and detailed knowledge about our company. What we did, how we attracted clients, and what our ultimate goals were. This was particularly impressive as our company is somewhat unique, and a lot of people may not necessarily understand it. At least to that level, initially.

Overall, we were very pleased with their process and the results.

I am the Chief Executive Officer for Spinal Cord Injury Alberta. We exist to support people with spinal cord injuries and other disabilities to adapt, adjust, and thrive in the community.

Our website was outdated and not user-friendly. We wanted to redesign to align with other spinal cord injury organizations across Canada and have the capacity to manage the site in-house.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss the scope of the project. YEG Digital listened, took loads of notes, provided proofs and wireframes and built the site in real-time with our staff team assigned to the project. YEG Digital built a fully customizable WordPress site through a series of consultation meetings and drafts.

A project manager was our main point of contact, but there were designers and an additional consultant participating throughout the process.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our site, we saw an uptick in traffic, and our stakeholders really liked the final product.

We had regular Zoom and email conversations with the production team, as well as live demos throughout.
