What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
RH: We don’t have any specific metrics, but at the trade shows we attend, the app gets lots of great feedback. Internally, we use it daily when we do tech calls. Our technical providers refer callers to download the app so they can work with them more easily. The app benefits not only our customers but our distributors as well.
For the website, we’re still making modifications. The content is there, but we’re adding pictures and reporting documents. Overall, it’s gotten positive feedback.
RE: I make 90% of the changes to the website because I know WordPress pretty well. I add pages and do minimal stuff, but Agency Partner Interactive built the whole thing from scratch.
How did Agency Partner Interactive LLC perform from a project management standpoint?
RH: I think they’ve done a great job. They communicate very well — whether it’s over the phone, email, or verbal — and always stay in contact. The team even pushes us a little bit to remind us of deadlines.
RE: I agree. In fact, I emailed them five minutes ago and they already got back to me. We’ve emailed 2–3 times today already. They’re really responsive.
What did you find most impressive about them?
RE: I like their ability to return emails and phone calls so fast— they’re very efficient with their turnaround.
RH: Coming from Ray, that’s a very good thing.
Are there any areas they could improve?
RE: No, I personally can’t think of anything.
Any advice for potential customers?
RH: Be prepared, and have a game plan. I thought I had what I wanted in mind, but it’s important to do your research and have your content available.
RE: And they’ll let you know what they need. They’ll have a game plan as well as suggestions. When the project started, they asked us way more than we ever thought about. We haven’t used everything they’ve suggested, but it’s been helpful.
