Rather than speeding through the process, Agency Partner Interactive LLC invested time in creating accurate content. Customers praise their attention to detail in the writing process, as well as their consistent communication. Their wide-network of resources delivers significant value.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

    BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

We’re a petroleum engineering and technology firm working with oil and gas companies. I’m the founder and principal engineer of the organization.

    OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Agency Partner Interactive LLC?

We wanted to build an attractive and dynamic website that could both match our competitors’ sites and share our message and value proposition with potential clients.

    SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Agency Partner added value through the whole process, but the primary service they provided was web design and development. First, they reviewed the websites of other oil and gas firms to get a feel for what they were presenting. Then, they brought recommendations on page design and content. They built the new site from scratch, heling with content production and integrating a chatbot into the site.

    What is the team composition?

I had a main contact point on their side, but I was in touch with four people throughout the process.

How did you come to work with Agency Partner Interactive LLC?

They’re located in a sort of incubator office, and we attended a startup seminar there. I met one of their sales reps and talked about their services. I considered other companies, but I looked at Agency Partner’s website, and their past work was in line with what we were looking for in terms of quality. Their price was within my budget. They understood that we were a small company with a limited budget.

How much have you invested with them?

    The project cost around $4,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with Agency Partner between March and June 2020. We’re going to reconnect with them for SEO work.

    RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality of their work is amazing. They’re professional and proactive, and they delivered on time. They spent time with the content, finding images and improving wording. The results were above our expectations.

How did Agency Partner Interactive LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Their manager was our main focal point. He made sure that everything was done as we agreed. We didn’t use any tracking tools but had constant communication, including teleconferences for reviews. They gave us a timeframe of 2–3 months, depending on how fast we’d provide the content, and everything was on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They added a chatbot to our site because our competitors’ websites had them, and the images they found were better than what we provided them. They seem to have a pretty good network to find the people we need for the project, including content creation resources involved with specific subjects and industries. I contacted bigger and more expensive development firms, but they didn’t have content writers for the oil and gas industry.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Clients should prepare a description of the type of website and content they want to develop to get the most out of Agency Partner’s time.

Agency Partner’s work has received high praise from customers, while stakeholders are pleased that the site is not only modern but also responsive on both mobile and desktop. The creative team quickly understood the project’s requirements and delivered on them. They offered cost-effective services.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

    BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m in accounting and HR at CTR Aero. We’re an aerospace company working in the manufacturing and distribution of fire control and air defense missiles. We do business with Lockheed Martin and other groups.

    OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Agency Partner Interactive LLC?

Our website was very outdated, and we were looking for someone who could manage the site and its hosting. Luckily, we found Agency Partner, and they’ve done a great job.

    SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Agency Partner built a new site from scratch. We liked their work, so we also asked them to design a new logo, business cards, stationery, and other branding materials for us. We gave them pictures that we wanted on the website.

    What is the team composition?

We worked with their account executive and other team members, including a project manager and a designer.

How did you come to work with Agency Partner Interactive LLC?

We searched on Google for companies that could build our website, and Agency Partner appeared in the top results. They were also a five-minute drive away from our office. They met us at our office for a website briefing. They understood our requirements very well, and they were also very quick.

How much have you invested with them?

The cost of their work was under $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with Agency Partner between April 2019–February 2020. We also made minor changes during this timeframe.

    RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We showed the site to all of our customers after we went live, and everyone was happy with it. The quality of Agency Partner’s work is very good, and so is the impact on the business. We’ve had a few customers ask about the company that did our website, and we’ve referred them to Agency Partner’s account manager.

How did Agency Partner Interactive LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They were excellent on the project management side. We didn’t have to explain things to them more than once; they understood everything quickly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The site is modern in terms of technology, and it loads very fast on both mobiles and computers.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No – everything they did was fabulous.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Clients should give Agency Partner all of the information and wait for them to bring designs to the table. When we allowed them to work independently, they gave us beautiful designs. They have very creative suggestions in terms of colors and designs.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

    BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a partner in a company that provides a website with mortgage and loan resources for homebuyers. It’s a place where people can learn the basic processes for buying a home. We not a lender, but a resource and information site.

    OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Agency Partner Interactive LLC?

We needed help with web design and SEO. We had the workings of a website, but it wasn’t efficient.

    SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Agency Partner consulted us on what worked and what didn’t work on our site. Their team noted what we needed to add and change on our site to help us get more traffic. Their work involves a lot of consultation, so they provide recommendations.

    What is the team composition?

I have one main contact but also communicate with another couple of their team members.

How did you come to work with Agency Partner Interactive LLC?

I called three different companies. Agency Partner actually answered the phone, so I gave them an opportunity. I didn’t want to go with a mammoth-sized company where I was a small potato and couldn’t get anyone’s attention. I didn’t want anyone too small or too big. Our partner needed to have control and experience.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $10,000–$25,000 on their services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2017 and it’s an ongoing relationship.

    RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality of their work’s good. I’m happy with them and their work. It was a drastic improvement from where we were in every way, shape, and form—from the look to the quality of the website. API made a daunting task more personal and comfortable.

How did Agency Partner Interactive LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

We utilize a platform, which is nice because everyone contributes information. We can see timelines in real-time as far as what needs to be fixed and who will do it. We see when we need to approve tasks, so it makes the process more efficient.

Their team does what they say they’re going to do, which is important. I expect people to call when they say they’re going to call. They’re professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Their team doesn’t make us feel like idiots because we don’t know the technical aspects of the project, which is good. They explain and define terms well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their efficiency and organization are important. They’re personable, friendly, and professional. They’re not so big that we can’t get tasks done. I can get their attention.

Are there any areas they could improve?

    No, nothing comes to mind.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It’s wise to have a consultation with the decision-maker. My partner and I make decisions in our company. You want to have the decision-maker or the person who will communicate with API to have a consultation and outline the project’s goals. That way, API can understand your needs and give their estimations for time and cost. Introduce yourself to the team’s lead or your main point of contact to establish expectations up front. API did that with me, so it was easy. Be open-minded and trust them as professionals too.

On top of things, they kept their partners accountable and managed to keep the project on track. Listening carefully to project requirements, they delivered a top-notch site in a timely manner.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

    BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

At the time, I was the director of Addison Treehouse which is an incubator coworking space in Addison, Texas.

    OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Agency Partner Interactive LLC?

Our goal was to update everything. We had a website, but it was so old and stale, and they were able to help me rejuvenate the website.

    SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We wanted to have a current and modern website. They took the information we have them and developed a new website for us. They are still hosting the site and maintaining it as well.

    What is the team composition?

They had one person working with me on-site and there was a team that worked behind the scenes.

How did you come to work with Agency Partner Interactive LLC?

    They use our coworking space.

How much have you invested in them?

We spent between $25,000–$50,000 on their services.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project began in March 2019 and concluded in January 2020.

    RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I wouldn’t have spent that kind of money to get nothing out of it. I would highly recommend them. Having someone that was so patient with me, the money was so worth it.

How did Agency Partner Interactive LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They kept track of me. I just wanted to be updated and they made my life so easy. I was extremely busy at the time, and they had to track me down. They were so patient with me. Once they tracked me down and sat me in the chair, it did not take that long. It was my fault that it took a long time, but once I slowed down, they finished it within six weeks.

What did you find most impressive about them?

A lot of people are leery about working with a virtual team, and at first, I was too. They showed their commitment and they are very efficient.  Often, other teams don’t listen, but Agency Partner Interactive LLC actually listened. They listened and would repeat things back to me to make sure it was what I was thinking. Once they started to really track me down, we were able to get it accomplished and I am super happy with it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I had heard horror stories about other web design companies, and I was lucky to have met such a good company. In that sense, no, they don’t need to improve. My experience was perfect.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Dedicate some time to really work with them. We are all busy, and I was the busiest person you could ever meet, but once they got me to sit down, I finally listened to them and things went so smoothly. If you are to hire Agency Partner Interactive, make sure you dedicate your time because this is your investment too. They want to do a good job and you need to give them the attention that they give their clients, otherwise you won’t get anything.

Agency Partner Interactive LLC delivered high-quality work. Their team was flexible and willingly made changes when necessary. They were well-organized and managed the project well with little oversight. They were a great partner to work with, who ensured an easy process and collaboration.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

    BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

It’s a small, family-owned business. We provide RFIP access solutions and cards for hotel providers.

    OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Agency Partner Interactive LLC?

This is our second job, so we had a difficult time connecting with clients. We needed an online resource that was gully functional so our clients could put in orders and complete payments. Otherwise, we were working at night, and that isn’t optimal for people working in hotels. The site we had before this was quickly put together on GoDaddy.

    SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The agency was able to transform our website, put it on WordPress, completely redesigned it, and gave us access to change every minor detail. They even changed our logo. They built out the process for online ordering, connected it with shipping options and payment processing.

    What is the team composition?

We worked primarily with three people. Muhammad (CEO) got us started and compiled our statement of work. Then we worked with two web designers and developers.

How did you come to work with Agency Partner Interactive LLC?

My husband works with them at his other company. I really liked their website design, and they have a good partnership, so I reached out to them directly.

How much have you invested with them?

    We spent about $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in January 2020 and is ongoing.

    RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They ensured that we had a functional website that looks nice as well. They really did everything for us. I didn’t really know what to expect going into this project. I assumed there would be a lot more work on my end.

They made it really easy. They gave us a general design and let us pick and choose what we wanted—what fields and features would be available and made sure they were prominent on the website. I’m very happy that they were able to manage most of the project. I plan to use them again in the future.

How did Agency Partner Interactive LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They were incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. I wasn’t sure what we wanted other than the shipping and payment system, but they were very clear and detailed what they needed from us. They were patient with us and they followed up diligently. They made the process really easy for us.

We did everything through phone and email. At the beginning, when they gave me the mockup, I was able to go in and comment on individual items. It was so much easier than taking a screenshot, editing, or annotating them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Once we got into the weeds and the details of the website, I realized that my original thought process wasn’t exactly what we needed, so we had to make changes.

For example, we deal in large quantities, like we’ll make 5–10,000 keycards in an order. But I noticed that our quantity button only went up by one at a time. Everything was already built out, so I assumed that it was going to be at an additional cost to make that change. But they did that, and probably 10 other changes, at no additional change. They helped improve the functionality of the site as we needed.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I really like their service.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you have your plans ready in advance, that would be great. At the same time, we didn’t, and the project still turned out very well.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

    BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder and CEO of a company called NBYOND. It’s a marketing app that allows businesses to interact with consumers through real-time ads during live events.

    OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Agency Partner Interactive LLC?

I hired Agency Partner Interactive to create an app.

    SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Agency Partner Interactive created a functional document that describes what the interactive app will do. They walked me through how the app will work step-by-step.

Now, their team’s working to create the mobile app, which will connect ads with consumers. They’re working to build the app for both iOS and Android.

    What is the team composition?

I’ve communicated with three people from Agency Partner Interactive. I have a main point of contact and the rest of the team’s made up of developers.

How did you come to work with Agency Partner Interactive LLC?

I’m with the entrepreneur center in Addison, Texas—where Agency Partner's headquartered. I went to one of the center's seminars where I talked to one of their teammates who asked about my project. I met with their team, which told me how to move forward. We developed a relationship and I hired them to create my app.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent less than $5,000 on their services so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in December 2019 and our relationship’s ongoing.

    RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Agency Partner Interactive told me what I needed for the app, how to proceed, and what investors look for in a product. They helped me create an actual document for what the app will do, which was helpful. I worked with other agencies that just tried to build the app without thinking about how to make it a success.

How did Agency Partner Interactive LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

We meet through a portal for the project. All the information and interaction happens through that platform. We have conference calls via video chat when their team tells me what stage the app’s in.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their team’s thorough. They could’ve taken my money and created the app rather than telling me exactly what I needed to make the app successful. Their team told me how to get people interested in my app. If I met them first, I would’ve saved thousands of dollars. They earned my confidence and trust. Their advice has always been on point.

Are there any areas they could improve?

My experience with them has been positive. I don’t have suggestions for how they could perform better.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be honest and upfront about what you want, and they’ll be honest and upfront with what they can do for you.

Since its launch, the app has received daily usage and positive user feedback, and so has the website. Agency Partner Interactive turns around work and communication quickly, satisfying the client. Quick responses combined with the ability to listen make for a smooth workflow.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

    BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

Ray Ericksen: I’m the CEO at Stegmeier.

Rusty Houston: And I’m the national sales manager. We make concrete forming systems for swimming pools.

    OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Agency Partner Interactive LLC?

RH: We had fallen way behind on our marketing and web presence. We wanted to update our website and create an app.

    SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

RH: In the beginning, we talked about the website and app. Agency Partner Interactive guided us through what information we needed to provide them for the app. We had lots of back and forth and then created the app together. Then Agency Partner Interactive took our existing site and, using our guidelines, created a more modern site. It allowed us to add to it and continuously modify it as we ago.

RE: The web platform was WordPress, and the app is for iOS and Android.

    What is the team composition?

RH: We worked with about 4-5 people.

RE: It was about a half-dozen. We had one project manager for the website and one for the app.

How did you come to work with Agency Partner Interactive LLC?

RE: Google’s where I found them. I did some research, found some reviews, and called Agency Partner Interactive up. They emailed me back right away. I told them I’d think about it, and three months later, we decided to move forward with it.

How much have you invested with them?

    RH: We spent between $10,000–$50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

RE: We started working together in February 2019, and the work’s ongoing.

    RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

RH: We don’t have any specific metrics, but at the trade shows we attend, the app gets lots of great feedback. Internally, we use it daily when we do tech calls. Our technical providers refer callers to download the app so they can work with them more easily. The app benefits not only our customers but our distributors as well.

For the website, we’re still making modifications. The content is there, but we’re adding pictures and reporting documents. Overall, it’s gotten positive feedback.

RE: I make 90% of the changes to the website because I know WordPress pretty well. I add pages and do minimal stuff, but Agency Partner Interactive built the whole thing from scratch.

How did Agency Partner Interactive LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

RH: I think they’ve done a great job. They communicate very well — whether it’s over the phone, email, or verbal — and always stay in contact. The team even pushes us a little bit to remind us of deadlines.

RE: I agree. In fact, I emailed them five minutes ago and they already got back to me. We’ve emailed 2–3 times today already. They’re really responsive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

RE: I like their ability to return emails and phone calls so fast— they’re very efficient with their turnaround.

RH: Coming from Ray, that’s a very good thing.

Are there any areas they could improve?

RE: No, I personally can’t think of anything.

    Any advice for potential customers?

RH: Be prepared, and have a game plan. I thought I had what I wanted in mind, but it’s important to do your research and have your content available.

RE: And they’ll let you know what they need. They’ll have a game plan as well as suggestions. When the project started, they asked us way more than we ever thought about. We haven’t used everything they’ve suggested, but it’s been helpful.

I’m the owner of Elite Pro General Contracting, a construction company.

    OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

I started the business 6–7 years ago and never had a website. We needed a web presence.

    SOLUTION

Agency Partner Interactive built our website and did the content writing.

    What is the team composition?

We worked with 4–5 people in person and over the phone.

How did you come to work with Agency Partner Interactive LLC?

I looked them up online. The deciding factor was that when I contacted them, they offered an in-person meeting.

The project ran from January until March 2020.

How did Agency Partner Interactive LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They were perfect. The team was very organized and kept me informed at every stage of the process.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I liked that they were available to have a face-to-face meeting. No other agency offered that to me during the search process.

Are there any areas they could improve?

As you can tell, I’m a happy customer. I don’t think I would’ve asked for anything different.

    Any advice for potential customers?

I can’t think of anything, to be honest. The were very professional in everything. I couldn’t ask for more. It was a very top-of-the-line experience.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

    BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of a newly-founded small business. We’re an online personal fitness coaching service. Despite the current work-from-home situation, I was still able to start building my client base online.

    OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Agency Partner Interactive LLC?

A crucial part of the business was creating the website. We brought them on to build it for us.

    SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They handled the design and development of our new Wordpress website. After the bulk of that work was completed, they taught us how to edit it ourselves on the backend. At this point, we’re in the final phase of development, focusing on finishing touches. After the site launched at the beginning of April 2020, we begin our one-month warranty with them. They’re able to continue to make final adjustments and modifications until the start of May 2020.

    What is the team composition?

We worked with about five people. I personally interacted with the CEO and a few of their partners. Once the project picked up, I was mainly working with an account manager. They liaise between the development team and our team.

How did you come to work with Agency Partner Interactive LLC?

I originally met the CEO at a bar, and we hit it off. When I needed website work to be done, I thought of them because of the personal connection. However, they also had great reviews and a strong portfolio.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent less than $5,000 on the site.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the project in February 2020, and our teams have an ongoing relationship.

    RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

With the design, we didn’t give them much direction. Even so, it was spot-on. We changed the color scheme, but there were no major adjustments that needed to be made. They had a great grasp of trends in the market. The team delivered on their promises and did a quality job.

How did Agency Partner Interactive LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

When we fell behind schedule, they worked overtime to make sure that they hit our launch date. For collaboration, we used Teamwork. That allowed us to track daily progress and send automatic updates. We message through WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Because they have several locations in different time zones, their team was able to work around the clock for us. The timing of everything was a huge plus.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There were a few times when we felt a little left in the dark on progress. That’s pretty nitpicky, though.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Get the personal phone numbers for your account managers. It’s essential to have an open line of communication going at all times. This will help you check in on progress whenever needed. There were times that we could’ve saved extra effort if we were more vocal with their team.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

    BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m an MBA candidate at the University of Texas and the principal leader of the Consulting Leadership and Development Society. I work with local companies and help them with some of their most critical issues.

    OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Agency Partner Interactive LLC?

    We needed web design services.

    SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our partnership is a little bit different than other engagements. Agency Partner Interactive designed our club’s website. Also, whenever we get a client that needs a redesign on their own website, we have Agency Partner Interactive handle it. Their efforts include full website redevelopment services. We work closely with them to figure out not just what the client wants on their website, but also what they need.

Once the design is ready, they move onto the development stage. Sometimes, depending on the client’s needs, Agency Partner Interactive helps set up the website with all its needed content. For current websites, they’ve been using WordPress.

    What is the team composition?

I’ve been in direct contact with around four people including the CEO, account executive, project lead, and one other individual.

How did you come to work with Agency Partner Interactive LLC?

We were working on a project at a coworking space, and Agency Partner Interactive has an office there. We spoke to the CEO of the coworking space, and she referred us to Agency Partner Interactive. So we looked them up, saw their website, and thought they’d be a perfect partner to work with.

How much have you invested in them?

    We’ve spent less than $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our partnership began in February 2020, and it’s still ongoing.

    RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Overall, the quality of their work has been outstanding. The designs they did for our club was taken very seriously, and it was done pro bono. Agency Partner Interactive didn’t charge us because of the partnership we have with them. The extent of their work was superb and more than what we were expecting.

How did Agency Partner Interactive LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They added me to their project management platform so I could see everything that was going on with our web pages. It was an organized process, and I had full insight into what was going on throughout the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The speed in which they address certain issues is impressive. Agency Partner Interactive resolves an issue within a few hours of me notifying them. Many other companies take that same time to solely address the issue, not fix it.

Whenever they thought there was a better way or feature to use instead of what we thought, Agency Partner Interactive called me to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of both; I thought this was pretty cool.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any areas where they could improve. The entire process was pretty smooth.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

For the best results, you have to be able to give them some creative freedom. Otherwise, they will do exactly what you ask them to. Let them know they can add some of their creativity and thoughts. After discussing those ideas with you, they’ll move forward and go the extra mile to do so.
