We worked with Opklopper as our e-commerce agency with a strong focus on Shopify for the new webshop of Message in a Bottle, a gifting brand built around personalized messages and meaningful customer experiences. The project was about much more than simply building a webshop. Opklopper helped us strengthen the branding, sharpen the storytelling and translate the emotional value of the product into a custom Shopify design. They understood that gifting e-commerce is about trust, timing, emotion and making the ordering process feel clear and personal. The team designed and built a professional Shopify webshop that fits our brand, presents the product clearly and gives customers a smooth experience from first visit to checkout. They thought along strategically about UX/UI, product presentation, conversion, delivery information and how the webshop can support long-term online growth.
