Nothing worth noting. We've had some growing pains in the beginning setting up the exact type of reporting and strategy that the stakeholders wanted but we worked at it and got in a good place.

We have had multiple outcomes from working with OuterBox:

• We have had a strong uptime with our website, with OuterBox being responsive with any technical assistance we might have.

• Ample reporting and dashboards with a variety of tools, giving us insights when needed; while also being proactive with recommendations for improvement.

OuterBox has always been available at a moment's notice through email or phone. Most of our commmunication lives within Google Meets or emails; however, they manage their projects on time, and deliver results traditionally earlier than stated.

Nothing comes to mind. Our company doesn't use Google Suite, so sometimes there's a need to adapt to that; however, that's hardly the fault of OuterBox.

We have seen increased traffic to our website. We have also seen traffic and orders from companies that are outside our local area. The ranking on our website has progressively gone up on Google as well.

Project Management has been amazing. Items requested have been delivered on time and they have been very responsive to our needs. Many times, they have ideas of what they think is best based on the data that has been collected. They'll go over why and then ask if I want to tweak or approve the idea before implementing it.

Adrienne, Nathan, and AJ took over our account from Topspot. I was worried when the transition occurred because I had been with Topspot for a long time (over 20 years).

I couldn’t have asked for a better team to be assigned to me.

My experience has been excellent. Their communication was clear and responsive, and they brought great strategies and creativity to the table. In one meeting, I was going to bring up a few areas where we would like to see increased traffic. They made the recommendation to me before I had a chance to even bring it up.

I don’t think it gets much better than that!

I would not change anything about their services. New ownership change has desire to try their own marketing group and never gave OuterBox the chance to demonstrate value or compete for business. This change is not an OuterBox issue, this is consolidation of power by new ownership.

The only thing the new marketing group will be doing that Outbox does not seem to do is working directly with our CRM to create segmented lists for targetting lead gen.
