We were trying to develop a website and a set of marketing tools to expand my business in the private lending area, focusing on Hispanic homebuyers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, they designed a bilingual website for our business services in Spanish and English. They constructed the site and then developed a pitch deck to allow us to raise capital. Finally, they delivered a marketing brochure.

There were some interactive parts of the site where people can come to the website, input information regarding income and assets, and then receive a quick response as to whether they’d qualify for a loan.

What is the team composition?

I basically worked with two people. One, Tauseef (Director of Project Management) was the point man who I would converse with, and then he would give his team directions to get the product developed and fine-tuned. Once the project was done, they assigned me a follow-up team with a point individual who took care of correcting any issues.

I don’t have any metrics, but I’m very happy with the job they’ve done. Based on their quality and services, I would recommend them. They satisfied my expectations.

I’ve received very good responses from customers and other professionals that have used the site. It’s been well received.

How did Agency Partner Interactive LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They were excellent: attentive and responsive. A timetable was created and stuck to, and Agency Partner completed the various tasks on it, including any needed corrections. They were very professional.

All communication happened over the internet with Zoom and google Meet. They would email me the final products, and then I would review it and schedule a time to go over things together. We had a very productive, back-and-forth heavy relationship.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I interviewed several other providers before I hired Agency Partner, and their professionalism and creativity stood out. Other providers out there can build websites, but they’re not up to the same high caliber than Agency partner is.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s no way they can improve, as they did everything I requested. They were very responsive, and their main person was fantastic: very sharp and knows the business. It was great that I only had to speak with one person too.

Make sure to assign Tauseef to your project. He’s very competent. If he’s involved, I recommend them without hesitation.

I’m the VP of marketing for Rented, a software and professional services company. We provide revenue management, pricing tools, and consulting services for vacation rental property management companies.

What challenge were you trying to address with Agency Partner Interactive LLC?

We needed a refreshed design for our website. Our business model shifted over the course of the COVID-19 pandemic; our site was previously focused on professional services and consulting, and we then built the software. After that, we needed to update the website and provide information about our SaaS offering. We also needed a customer journey design that would allow people to sign up with us. To do all of these, we engaged Agency Partner.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The project had four phases. Initially, we worked on the design and creative phase, where I provided Agency Partner with all of the information we had. We had meetings about the buyer journeys and the messaging we wanted. Our teams also determined the website areas that they needed to create or refresh — we wanted to modernize the whole website. It was also in this phase that they delivered mock-ups and wireframes. We gave feedback on their outputs, and then they did edits. We continued doing this until our requirements were met.

From there, Agency Partner started building our website; the second was focused on the platform’s development. The team built the site on WordPress, incorporating the designs we’d approved while also working on new design changes.  

Then, we underwent a user acceptance testing (UAT) phase — we tested everything while the site was still on a test server. That included all the pages, forms, and functionality. Then, we provided our final approval. Agency Partner then headed the implementation, redirection, and launch of the site. After that, we spent several weeks on standby to determine things that needed tweaks or changes.  

Since we had software that we needed to sell, the team created new content and pages for our SaaS offering. As a result, the new website didn’t look anything like the original website except for the logo. We collaborated around the branding and color palettes, though they provided some of the branding assets we needed. For instance, I provided them with screenshots or GIFs, and then they put them into frames.

I worked with the lead project manager and a salesperson, along with 2–3 developers.

I found Agency Partner through a web search. I was looking for agencies that had WordPress experience and with high reviews. Specifically, I found Agency Partner on the WordPress partner section. I also received three bids for the project, and theirs was the middle bid. In the end, I hired them.

Our project lasted from September–December 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We generated leads on our website; previously, we weren’t able to do that when we were selling our software. Overall, all of the inbound leads we’d gotten since we launched were due to the redesign campaign. We also had more relevant content on our website than before. 

On top of that, I could update the website more easily because the WordPress theme and plug-in we used were much more user-friendly than what we had before. 

How did Agency Partner Interactive LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management was great, and I loved working with them. Whenever we had collaborations or meetings, we used Teams. Every meeting was recorded and stored in Teams so we could go back and review our discussions. I had also access to the project manager and developers through chat and Teams. 

We also kept a couple of spreadsheets to keep the project on track. We had a sheet for redirects and a sheet for tracking pages, assets, and copy. When we did the QA tests, we had a list of things that I wanted to change.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed with Agency Partner’s organization and professionalism. They delivered on time and their communication was strong. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there weren’t any. Everything was great.

From a website design perspective, make sure you’re clear about what you want in the discovery phase. On top of that, be diligent during the QA process.

Agency Partner is helping us create a website for a program that I manage. This website houses information and serves as a toolkit for youth cross-sectoral programs in the democracy, human rights, and governance (DRG) sector.

As I had never worked on a website development project before, Agency Partner first helped me understand the process. We talked through my idea, and I showed them some website examples for what I was looking for.

Then, we connected them to our graphic designer so that they could share graphics. Agency Partner developed a quality website, but we don’t have any metrics or statistics on its performance as it hasn't gone live yet. Once we launch it, we want to share it with our partners and, hopefully, get some traction organically. However, this is a tool that we want to share and direct people to, so we’re not expecting people to be driven to it by themselves.

Agency Partner has been very helpful and patient. They’ve kept their promise and walked us through the entire process, providing robust feedback to improve my vision. Their approach has made this process less difficult for me, which is great. We typically communicate via email.

They didn’t limit our revisions, and we worked together until the product was what I wanted it to be, which meant a lot of back and forth with feedback sessions. There has been a little bit of miscommunication regarding how this website is going to be integrated into our greater website and how it is going to work. However, this issue is on everyone’s side, and it can be improved.

The clearer your vision is, the quicker the process will be. The best way to work with Agency Partner is to leverage the system they work on to provide feedback and have constant back and forth communication with them.

They really know what we’re looking for, which is why we keep working with them.

Agency Partner’s responsiveness is great. They initially provided us with a demo of their work upon our request so that we could ensure that they knew what they were doing. Based on that, we moved forward with the rest of the project.

From a project management standpoint, Agency Partner has been excellent. The deliverables are always on time, which is a key factor in the project's success.

We use Asana to manage the project and track what has been completed. They put their tasks in our Asana board for us to follow up on them. Additionally, we communicate via email.

As I mentioned, they’re integrated into our Asana board, but having a project management tool on their own would help us monitor the project in real-time to ensure their timeliness and see how the hours are spent on each task.

We have a great project manager who’s like a workhorse — he always keeps us on track and delivers things as promised. Often, the team delivers before the deadline. Overall, as far as cost and timelines are concerned, they’re perfect. They’re never late; it never takes them too long to get back to me. As a result, I’m always confident that they’re working on the project and that they’re making good progress. More often than not, they exceed my expectations. In fact, my boss has been blown away when I told him how long it would take to get the site up and running.

They do a lot of the talking in terms of team communication, so I sometimes try to get a word into the conversation and struggle.

Be ready. Make sure that you have the copy needed for the website. Agency Partner builds a website with real-life copy, and if you don’t have that, you have to be in a rush to finish it. As a result, flesh out the content of the website in advance. That way, you can simply hand them the text and they’ll handle the rest.

I’m currently the director of marketing for a community that offers an immersive, cultural, gastronomic, and physically challenging hiking excursion. Our goal is to make Costa Rica one of the premier hiking destinations worldwide.

We’ve gone through different projects with Agency Partner over the years. Our main focus has been to create a website and have a strategic marketing plan using any marketing tools available to us. We’ve also done SEO and paid organic searches. On top of that, our teams have had to revamp different websites for my father’s company. 

Overall, Agency Partner has helped us have a comprehensive and widespread plan to generate business. We also use them to figure out what functions are required for the website to convert prospective clients into actual customers. The team has also helped us design our logo and implement my vision.

To measure success, we have different checkpoints based on the roadmap that Agency Partner has put out during the development phase. We also have weekly meetings to check our progress. So far, the website generates over 400–500 leads in some months. 

Anecdotally, Agency Partner can implement my vision. For one, the final design of our logo is fantastic — they’ve been able to capture what I’ve envisioned. The team has created something truly engaging and captivating that gets the audience in awe. Overall, they’ve done a great job.

Their project management was fantastic. Whenever we start anything, they set a strategy and a budget. They have a unique touch to project management and hit the nail on the head. I tell them what I envision, and then they use their expertise to accomplish what I’m trying to do. My points of contact have also been completely responsive. 

To communicate, we use emails, which are the best way to have a recorded history of what’s been communicated so far. Emails are also the most direct way to reach out to them, so we email them every day. We’ve also had a couple of calls over the phone.

Agency Partner sees what I’m capable of; they see my passion for sustainability and my vision to offer unique products and services. Whenever I reach out to them, they always encourage me and tell me whether or not my ideas are good. Our partnership with Agency Partner Interactive goes back to 2012 when they were involved in the coding side of a major overhaul of our website. We built a relationship with them and stayed in touch. Over the years, they also made updates to our website.

Around 4–5 years ago, we went back to Muhammad (Founder & CEO) and his team for a completely new iteration of our website, and we’ve maintained an ongoing relationship since.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Agency Partner Interactive designed and developed our current website, and they created a custom CMS on the backend. They host the website for us, and they’ve also made updates to it over the past 4–5 years, the most recent one being the security update that they’ve been doing.

Agency Partner Interactive also created another website for a secondary part of our business. For this site, we did the design in-house, and they coded what we wanted.

What is the team composition?

I’ve worked with several different people from Agency Partner Interactive over the years, but Mohammad has been consistently there all this time. Our latest project manager has been great. She has been around for a couple of years now, so we’ve gotten to know her pretty well. Every person that they’ve hired has been responsive and pleasant to work with.

How did you come to work with Agency Partner Interactive LLC?

Our headquarters are in Columbus, Ohio, so we chose a local company to completely redo our website back in 2012. They designed our site and enlisted someone else to do the coding and make it come to life. This person contracted with Muhammad and his team and brought them onboard.

During that time, I worked closely with them and liked what they did. Thus, the next time we needed a new website iteration, we went directly with Agency Partner Interactive.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our first collaboration was in 2012, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The relationship that we’ve built with Agency Partner Interactive over the years is characterized by trust. They know what I want, and they deliver exactly what I ask for. Their prices are very reasonable as well, so our relationship has worked great.

As we’re a B2B service, people either send us an email, call us, or submit an assignment on our website when something catastrophic happens. As the years have gone by, we’ve seen a larger trend towards people submitting assignments via the website, so it has been very important for us to keep the website up and running.

Agency Partner Interactive has also helped us make sure that we’re protecting our client’s data. Additionally, our site is easy to use, which has made it very successful.

How did Agency Partner Interactive LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Agency Partner Interactive is very good at hitting deadlines. Although we haven’t been strict about them, if we need something by a determined deadline, they get it done by then. They’re also extremely responsive, especially if we run into a major issue.

We’ve also built the kind of relationship where I can reach out to Muhammad and his team if something needs immediate attention, and they jump on it right away. Otherwise, they know that they have certain flexibility around dates, and their primary goal is to do the task correctly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

With Agency Partner Interactive, we get exactly what we pay for. A good example of this is the latest website that they helped us code. Our in-house designer created the website in Photoshop without any prior knowledge of web development. They took her designs and built a website that looked exactly how we wanted it to look.

We have trust in Agency Partner Interactive, and they have trust in us. Although they sometimes give us suggestions on what might work best, if I tell them that I want something done a certain way, they do it. I don’t think that other companies do that.

What other companies might think is best usually gets in the way of what the client wants. However, Agency Partner Interactive always does what is going to make their clients happy.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Agency Partner Interactive is responsive and great at communicating, but the periodic updates could be a little more regular. For example, if a project will take three months, it would be great if they provided feedback along the way rather than me having to pull that information from them. They always give me the information, but I might have to send an email to request it.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Tell them exactly what you want and listen to their suggestions. At the end of the day, you’ll get what you ask for.
