What was the scope of their involvement? 

Using my provided content and logo, Agency Partner Interactive LLC designed and developed a website for my consultancy. It was a simple project that involved organizing the information on our site. There’s a video playing function that pops up and a contact section where users can get in touch with me through email.

One of the great things that they did was walk me through how to update my content whenever I wanted to change something. They provided the training, allowing me to record the session so that I could refer to it again on my own.

There were many responsive people on their team. Caroline (Account Executive) was my main project manager, and others were my contacts during the design and development phases.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website looks beautiful thanks to its great design and professional finish. It definitely delivers my company’s message. 

How did Agency Partner Interactive LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Whenever I asked questions, they were very responsive. They adapted to any channel that I was most comfortable with, be it email or Zoom. I could give them feedback over email or comment directly on their designs through InVision. They would then make those changes accordingly. We would also have follow-up calls and emails whenever we progressed from one step to the next. These would let me know where we were and what to expect.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It was the whole process. Because this was my first time developing a site, I wasn’t familiar with how the project would work. Caroline explained the basis to me, talking through the content, design, development, and go-live phases. It was educational for me.

The fact that they trained me on how to update my own content was also great. The team really went the extra mile to make sure that I had the tools to keep moving forward, even though they didn’t need to. I’m not a very technical person, but they were still patient in explaining everything to me.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re really good about structuring the project, but I wish they would’ve included time estimates. It would be helpful for the client to receive projected dates at each step.

Ask for the timeline so that you can manage your expectations.

The DEC Network is a 501c3 nonprofit organization driving innovation and economic impact by helping entrepreneurs start, build and grow their businesses. I am the Marketing and Communications Manager for The DEC Network, focusing efforts on communications via newsletter, social media and PR, and branding efforts across our communications channels and our website.

We hired Agency Partner Interactive LLC to re-design our website, converting it to a WordPress site and adhering to updated branding and messaging guidelines. Our main goals were to visually enhance the website, make the navigation more user friendly, and launch it by Q3.

How did you select Agency Partner Interactive LLC and what were the deciding factors?

We had worked with Agency Partner Interactive previously on the design of another website of ours, which is why we went with their services again for this website. I stepped into my role earlier this year and was referred by a colleague to work with the API team on this website.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The scope of work included: starting from scratch on a WordPress website; designing the overall web template and implementing it into the staging site; making design and copy changes to each page of the website and the navigation (ex: adding a contact box on our "Locations" page when requested); launching the website to go live by ensuring access and certificates were good.

We were in communication with one Project Manager - Shahbaz Saleem - and one Project Coordinator - Hibba Batul. If there were additional people working on the website behind the scenes, we did not have any communication with them.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The design and functionality turned out great. We have already gotten so many great compliments on our website. The timeline took a little longer than expected, but not on API's side - we had a few major events we had to put a focus on, so we got material to the API team as we were able to.

They took our direction and ideas well, and even helped resolve an issue with the event calendar efficiently. Overall, we are very happy with the results.

We primarily communicated with them via email. There was not a set timeline for this project, so when we needed something from them, we would reach out via email and vice versa. This worked well for our team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Taking direction on the design elements in general was very impressive. Even if we just presented them with an idea, they would make it happen. Additionally, they were very good with following up on items to make sure things were coming to completion.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, we were very pleased with their communication and the quality of their work.

I looked online for agencies. I wanted to get quotes from different types of agencies. Out of the four quotes, Agency Partner Interactive was not only the cheapest, but I also had a good connection with them. They asked the right questions, and I felt it would be good to work with them.

The kickoff conversation was in August 2020, and last week, I got almost everything. There are some small changes I want to do, but it's up to me now.

Agency Partner Interactive is really good. I wasn’t expecting that much because I didn’t know them, and it was my first experience with them. The quality was high, and it met my expectations. I had a wonderful experience with them.

Because it was a really small project and we knew from the beginning what needed to be done, it was done really well. If it had been a bigger project, I would’ve like to have seen the progress and what to expect in the following weeks, but that wasn’t necessary for us. Additionally, the success manager was nice.

The team was really quick, which was one of their best qualities. They reacted really quickly and took care of our feedback quickly as well while maintaining the level of quality.

They could’ve been a little bit more creative design-wise and thought a little bit outside the box.

As long as your voice is accurate and as specific as it can be, the work will be done quickly and the product will meet your expectations.

We mainly communicated through email. Every few days, we had a video chat through Google. Their team was punctual. We also used a portal for a few tasks. It all worked well.

We wanted to build an attractive and dynamic website that could both match our competitors’ sites and share our message and value proposition with potential clients.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Agency Partner added value through the whole process, but the primary service they provided was web design and development. First, they reviewed the websites of other oil and gas firms to get a feel for what they were presenting. Then, they brought recommendations on page design and content. They built the new site from scratch, heling with content production and integrating a chatbot into the site.

I had a main contact point on their side, but I was in touch with four people throughout the process.

The quality of their work is amazing. They’re professional and proactive, and they delivered on time. They spent time with the content, finding images and improving wording. The results were above our expectations.

Their manager was our main focal point. He made sure that everything was done as we agreed. We didn’t use any tracking tools but had constant communication, including teleconferences for reviews. They gave us a timeframe of 2–3 months, depending on how fast we’d provide the content, and everything was on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They added a chatbot to our site because our competitors’ websites had them, and the images they found were better than what we provided them. They seem to have a pretty good network to find the people we need for the project, including content creation resources involved with specific subjects and industries. I contacted bigger and more expensive development firms, but they didn’t have content writers for the oil and gas industry.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Clients should prepare a description of the type of website and content they want to develop to get the most out of Agency Partner’s time.

I’m in accounting and HR at CTR Aero. We’re an aerospace company working in the manufacturing and distribution of fire control and air defense missiles. We do business with Lockheed Martin and other groups.

Our website was very outdated, and we were looking for someone who could manage the site and its hosting. Luckily, we found Agency Partner, and they’ve done a great job.

Agency Partner built a new site from scratch. We liked their work, so we also asked them to design a new logo, business cards, stationery, and other branding materials for us. We gave them pictures that we wanted on the website.

They were excellent on the project management side. We didn’t have to explain things to them more than once; they understood everything quickly.

The site is modern in terms of technology, and it loads very fast on both mobiles and computers.

Clients should give Agency Partner all of the information and wait for them to bring designs to the table. When we allowed them to work independently, they gave us beautiful designs. They have very creative suggestions in terms of colors and designs.

I’m a partner in a company that provides a website with mortgage and loan resources for homebuyers. It’s a place where people can learn the basic processes for buying a home. We not a lender, but a resource and information site.

The quality of their work’s good. I’m happy with them and their work. It was a drastic improvement from where we were in every way, shape, and form—from the look to the quality of the website. API made a daunting task more personal and comfortable.

We utilize a platform, which is nice because everyone contributes information. We can see timelines in real-time as far as what needs to be fixed and who will do it. We see when we need to approve tasks, so it makes the process more efficient.

Their team does what they say they’re going to do, which is important. I expect people to call when they say they’re going to call. They’re professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Their team doesn’t make us feel like idiots because we don’t know the technical aspects of the project, which is good. They explain and define terms well.

Their efficiency and organization are important. They’re personable, friendly, and professional. They’re not so big that we can’t get tasks done. I can get their attention.

No, nothing comes to mind.

It’s wise to have a consultation with the decision-maker. My partner and I make decisions in our company. You want to have the decision-maker or the person who will communicate with API to have a consultation and outline the project’s goals. That way, API can understand your needs and give their estimations for time and cost. Introduce yourself to the team’s lead or your main point of contact to establish expectations up front. API did that with me, so it was easy. Be open-minded and trust them as professionals too.

I wouldn’t have spent that kind of money to get nothing out of it. I would highly recommend them. Having someone that was so patient with me, the money was so worth it.

They kept track of me. I just wanted to be updated and they made my life so easy. I was extremely busy at the time, and they had to track me down. They were so patient with me. Once they tracked me down and sat me in the chair, it did not take that long. It was my fault that it took a long time, but once I slowed down, they finished it within six weeks.

What did you find most impressive about them?

A lot of people are leery about working with a virtual team, and at first, I was too. They showed their commitment and they are very efficient.  Often, other teams don’t listen, but Agency Partner Interactive LLC actually listened. They listened and would repeat things back to me to make sure it was what I was thinking. Once they started to really track me down, we were able to get it accomplished and I am super happy with it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I had heard horror stories about other web design companies, and I was lucky to have met such a good company. In that sense, no, they don’t need to improve. My experience was perfect.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Dedicate some time to really work with them. We are all busy, and I was the busiest person you could ever meet, but once they got me to sit down, I finally listened to them and things went so smoothly. If you are to hire Agency Partner Interactive, make sure you dedicate your time because this is your investment too. They want to do a good job and you need to give them the attention that they give their clients, otherwise you won’t get anything.

It’s a small, family-owned business. We provide RFIP access solutions and cards for hotel providers.

What challenge were you trying to address with Agency Partner Interactive LLC?

This is our second job, so we had a difficult time connecting with clients. We needed an online resource that was gully functional so our clients could put in orders and complete payments. Otherwise, we were working at night, and that isn’t optimal for people working in hotels. The site we had before this was quickly put together on GoDaddy.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The agency was able to transform our website, put it on WordPress, completely redesigned it, and gave us access to change every minor detail. They even changed our logo. They built out the process for online ordering, connected it with shipping options and payment processing.

We worked primarily with three people. Muhammad (CEO) got us started and compiled our statement of work. Then we worked with two web designers and developers.

They ensured that we had a functional website that looks nice as well. They really did everything for us. I didn’t really know what to expect going into this project. I assumed there would be a lot more work on my end.

They made it really easy. They gave us a general design and let us pick and choose what we wanted—what fields and features would be available and made sure they were prominent on the website. I’m very happy that they were able to manage most of the project. I plan to use them again in the future.

How did Agency Partner Interactive LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They were incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. I wasn’t sure what we wanted other than the shipping and payment system, but they were very clear and detailed what they needed from us. They were patient with us and they followed up diligently. They made the process really easy for us.

We did everything through phone and email. At the beginning, when they gave me the mockup, I was able to go in and comment on individual items. It was so much easier than taking a screenshot, editing, or annotating them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Once we got into the weeds and the details of the website, I realized that my original thought process wasn’t exactly what we needed, so we had to make changes.

For example, we deal in large quantities, like we’ll make 5–10,000 keycards in an order. But I noticed that our quantity button only went up by one at a time. Everything was already built out, so I assumed that it was going to be at an additional cost to make that change. But they did that, and probably 10 other changes, at no additional change. They helped improve the functionality of the site as we needed.

No, I really like their service.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you have your plans ready in advance, that would be great. At the same time, we didn’t, and the project still turned out very well.

I’m the founder and CEO of a company called NBYOND. It’s a marketing app that allows businesses to interact with consumers through real-time ads during live events.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Agency Partner Interactive created a functional document that describes what the interactive app will do. They walked me through how the app will work step-by-step.

Now, their team’s working to create the mobile app, which will connect ads with consumers. They’re working to build the app for both iOS and Android.

Agency Partner Interactive told me what I needed for the app, how to proceed, and what investors look for in a product. They helped me create an actual document for what the app will do, which was helpful. I worked with other agencies that just tried to build the app without thinking about how to make it a success.

We meet through a portal for the project. All the information and interaction happens through that platform. We have conference calls via video chat when their team tells me what stage the app’s in.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their team’s thorough. They could’ve taken my money and created the app rather than telling me exactly what I needed to make the app successful. Their team told me how to get people interested in my app. If I met them first, I would’ve saved thousands of dollars. They earned my confidence and trust. Their advice has always been on point.

My experience with them has been positive. I don’t have suggestions for how they could perform better.
