Firstly, we aimed to gain a deeper understanding of our lead funnel and its attribution to improve our PPC campaigns. Secondly, we were looking for strategies to enhance our underperforming SEO campaigns. The initial scoping workshop with Republic Marketing was comprehensive and helped us identify areas that were previously overlooked. Satisfied with their approach, we signed a six-month contract.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In terms of SEO, our DR has definitely improved, and with it, our traffic. Also, we are very pleased with the level of clarity in our data. Previously, we had no idea which keyword contributed to which CRM deal as the data is anonymised in GA. Republic Marketing’s cookie allows us to understand and link deals with keywords and campaigns and optimise our ad spend to achieve better ROI by focusing on keywords and campaigns that bring the highest value deals.

We began with weekly meetings, which eventually shifted to every three weeks. Access to a live task-tracking dashboard on ClickUp made project management transparent and smooth. We could add comments to tasks, request amendments easily and review the final results all in one place.

They designed and developed our Shopify website from scratch, handled all product photography, and restructured our paid ad strategy to drive more sales. We also wanted specific custom functionalities such as a subscription feature and custom slide in cart app to increase AOV.

Higher conversion rates (almost doubled after CRO changes). Our ads also started to perform better after the first few months of the campaign launch.
