The ControlF5 staff is incredibly motivated and appreciates project time. Additionally, they were ahead of schedule, so I never have to follow up to see how things are going overall.

We set a two-week deadline at the beginning of the project, which the ControlF5 team met. They managed to deliver everything on schedule even in situations when they were awaiting input from my end. The teamwork was evident. The SPOC handled all of the coordination for me.

The nominated SPOC/project manager was Bharti Nigam, and as already stated, the entire team values timelines. There were scheduled checks after each milestone and we used to get into a virtual call. Any changes or suggestions were noted and implemented. The team also came up with suggestions that helped. So it was never a one-way suggestion.
