Rebuild one part of the application called Survey Builder

Their lead developer helps design the specifications of the project and sets expectations. They also have a project manager that helps keep the developers on time, budget, and communicated regularly with the client. The setup is highly effective.

My clients are happy, I have low stress about the project, we made money on the project = success.

They use a combination of Agile and Waterfall methods for project management. I like the approach and trust their systems.

The people hands down are the best part of Oyova. I truly believe they care about their customers and treat projects as if it was their own.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Their proposal process is very lean. Personally, I would have liked a bigger more explanatory proposal, but if you have studied Agile methods, you understand that proposals are purposely lean so the project develops as objectives develop.
