We get weekly reports every week on time without exception, and one of the owners, John, is on calls with us every week along with our two BDE's. John and our BDE's are super responsive to any questions or requests we have in the interim always responding the same day usually. They've always been receptive to feedback and changes. For example, one of our BDE's wasn't the right fit for us, so they listened to our concerns, and ultimately made the adjustments needed. It’s been a great, collaborative relationship.
