To start, we filled out an on boarding form. The LevelIp team and I reviewed the form to create a strategy for our campaigns. Once approved, the LevelUp leads team began to source contacts and writing messaging for our approval. Once approved, the team launched both the email and calling campaigns. Within a few days, my company began to see interested leads come from both channels leading to scheduled appointments.

• In the email department: 

We were kinda blown away. About 62% of the people we emailed actually opened them. That’s way higher than what we expected. And get this, 9% of them replied back. That’s a lot of conversations started from just a simple email. As for setting up meetings from these emails, we were sitting between 1.5% to 2%. Considering the sheer number of cold emails that hit people's inboxes these days, I'd say we're on the right track. 

• Now, when it came to cold calls: We managed to connect with 15 out of every 100 people we called. Not too shabby, considering how many folks dodge unknown numbers. 
• Meeting stats: On an average month, we booked 15 meetings. But there was this one month – boy, that was a rollercoaster! We managed to lock in 22 meetings. 
• Total Rev: From all those leads we got through LevelUp, we raked in 1.5 million in revenue.

Working with LevelUp Leads was genuinely a breath of fresh air. Their team was unlike any other I've collaborated with before, especially when considering outsourced partnerships. The fact that they're US-based might've had something to do with it, but their responsiveness was truly next level. They handed me a personal cell number right off the bat, making sure I could get in touch immediately if anything urgent came up. 

Plus, we had this Slack channel going, which became our daily hub for quick updates, questions, and brainstorming. It was efficient, but it also made the collaboration feel really close-knit. What impressed me the most was the team they assigned to our project – around six dedicated professionals who were always on the ball. 

Honestly, I can't remember a time when I had to wait even an hour for a response. It felt like they were always there, ready to jump on any task or query. And here's the thing: they even engaged with me over the weekends. Now, I never expected that, but it just went to show how dedicated and passionate they were about ensuring everything ran smoothly.

honestly, the only thing I could wish for is a way to bring their entire team in-house! It's a bit of a joke, but also a testament to how valuable they've been to us. Their synergy and work ethic were so on point that having them with us day in, day out would be a dream.
