Active Customer Service Management Engagement - OOO will reach out to the newly signed and existing customers to understand business challenges and help them resolve challenges in consultation with client and SEAbizs team.
Establish communities – Establish community over chosen social media channels thereby creating social media promoters and influencers for company products.
Relationship Management – Being the local representative of the Taiwan client, establish relationship and anticipate issues that they may face
Passive Customer Service Management Issue resolution – Resolve any issues that the customers are facing by working with client side and SEAbizs team.
Query answering – Answering any queries that may come from the end users or partners
Collate all customer issues and report to SEAbizs
Overall to deploy the CRM solution to capture all information about the companies and the various interactions. The CRM design will be suggested by the OOO team with the basis from the discussions and requirements of client.
The CRM fields can be updated as per changing business requirements. The CRM designed by the OOO team will be able to capture all information from a telemarketing perspective. OOO team will provide intelligence around merchant concerns, reasons for rejection and possible strategies to succeed. to provide daily/weekly/monthly reports on performance metrics, the frequency of the reports will depend on the business metric.
To provide weekly reports on activities performed and sales made in a mutually agreed format and frequency specified.
CRM Solution - OOO to design a CRM that is able to capture all information from a telemarketing perspective. Upon completion of a sale of, the TSR / Field Sales Staff shall record such sale into a database along with all other information regarding the Merchant
