Speed to lead needed to be under 5 minutes with a focus on financial pre-qualification and interest before scheduling the call with our sales team. The goal was to transition from an inhouse team to a full-service team managed and led by Leadium. In addition to handling inbound leads, we hired them to work as Sales Assistants. We found that we needed our CRM lead data managed, our Sales Team needed assistance putting together contracts and handling reschedules, sending out important followups, and handling the entire sales pipeline in an assistant level function. Once they handled these two functions we then increased our engagement to have very strategic outbound appointment setting through targeted email and LinkedIn programs. They excelled in every way which is why we continue to have 4 SDR reps with them after three years.
