They targeted a certain market of industries, sectors, employee size, and growth size within a certain perimeter that matched our service offerings. They utilized our LinkedIn profile to mass market those businesses, cold messaging, to gain appointments. The first month was guaranteed 1 meeting, then by the second month 2 appointments then by the third month 3-5 meetings.

By the end of month one I already had one meeting, by the end of month two, I have already had 2 meetings, which are in the process of closing. During this time the realized the communication they were marketing needed to be changed and did so with our approval. So far FiveRings Marketing is meeting expectations and staying on top of our response rates and messaging.

I appreciate the constant monitoring and tweaking of our campaign and their openness to hearing our feedback on messaging and responses. What was most impressive about Fiverings was how much they took care of -- the entire end-to-end lead generation process was taken care of for us, meaning we could trust that they would not only set up a system, but be vigilant about the process, learnings, and adjust accordingly. This is a dream for an early stage startup where this sort of customer service is only possible by hiring a full-time employee.

The key deliverables (beyond weekly reporting)is qualified meetings for our team. As a start-up these activities have played a major part in our growth.

The measurable outcomes from this project that demonstrate success are meetings booked. However, this could not be successfully accomplished with out the consistent communication, pitching ideas, understanding our business and measurement/reporting.

After opening our Fractional CMO practice, the team at FiveRings was tasked with helping us generate and close B2B leads that turned into paying clients. They expanded our network dramatically and had some unique and authentic methods of generating high-quality leads at a relatively low cost. Our investment with them paid off within the first 2 months and we're still happily with them today.

• Our immediate measured outcomes were closing net-new clients that we're good to work with and profitable. Even though some clients FiveRings helped us close didn't end up working out, their methods have so far provided enough MRR to pay for them several times over... so the value has been very much worth it to us. Before hiring FiveRings, we never had enough time to really focus on our sales strategies so it's been a fruitful experience outsourcing this to them.
