Buildmart Windows & Doors Our Experience Working with SalesNash on Customer Engagement Project Summary We reached out to SalesNash hoping to get some help with our lead generation - basically, we had a bunch of potential customers we weren’t making the most of, and it was time to change that. SalesNash came on board to handle our leads, which included people we hadn’t managed to win over before, as well as fresh faces who were just getting in touch.
We’re in the business of swapping out doors and windows for folks in and around Ottawa, so we wanted to see if we could get more of these people to let us come over and give them a quote. Background Here at Buildmart, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch window and door replacements. We've been at it for a while, aiming to make homes look and feel great with our services. But, we hit a bit of a snag with getting through to potential customers and really showing them what we could do.
The Challenge The thing is, we had a list of leads - some were folks who had previously shown interest but didn’t follow through, and others were brand new enquiries. Our main headache was figuring out how to turn these leads into real conversations and, hopefully, actual jobs.
