Their Sales Team has reached out and outlined the action plan that opened a new perspective into what can be done to meet our quota of closed deals and we decided to give it a try.

We had a couple of initial discovery meetings for their team to learn more about our needs, create the ICP for further research and determine the Content Strategy to target the most relevant people in the industry. The plan included researching 1000 contacts per month and converting as many marketing-qualified leads as possible into appointments via Email & LinkedIn outreach.
What was the team composition?
We've worked closely with Account Manager but at least 5 people were working behind the scenes to make our campaigns run as smoothly as possible.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Over the span of the 3 months, we received more than 3000 ICP-compliant leads, 16 appointments in total, and now have extensive feedback on what approaches work more efficiently. The total conversion rate is impressive, the SaaS industry turned out to be the most successful one and we are aiming for getting back to cooperation as soon as we have a need.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We were getting weekly reports with all important metrics visible to learn about any improvements or decide what has to be changed in the strategy. I'd say that the communication was pretty smooth and diligent on their end, all deadlines were met and 100% transparent and accurate information was provided.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
We enjoyed their work efficiency, how they delivered reports, and their commitment to learning more about our company. The Team was always open to discussion and willing to improve the workflow if required.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?
We looked at the list of popular lead generation companies, checked client testimonials, and settled on SalesAR.

The project started with me completing an ‘ideal customer profile,’ which included who I think we should target. To find the appropriate contacts, I identified job titles, company types, company sizes, and industries they should look at. We had some discussion at the beginning about this ideal customer profile. Once we settled on that, SalesAR’s team did research to find the right contacts that fit the profile. Each week, they supplied me with an updated list of new leads. I could even tell them what geography to focus on. They focused on what we asked them to do.

We worked with an SDR, a Research team lead, and an account manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
We have been working with SalesAR for three months and are continuing. And already in the first couple of weeks, we started getting exceptional results. The speed and efficiency of work cannot but rejoice.
