To find the appropriate contacts, I identified job titles, company types, company sizes, and industries they should look at. We had some discussion at the beginning about this ideal customer profile. Once we settled on that, SalesAR’s team did research to find the right contacts that fit the profile. Each week, they supplied me with an updated list of new leads. I could even tell them what geography to focus on. They focused on what we asked them to do.

Apart from the fact that our cooperation was effective in terms of business, the working atmosphere was also amazing. We hit it off very quickly and worked really well together.

Based on all of that information, they produced and submitted a detailed playbook of their process After a bit of refinement on the messages that they create for us, we proceeded to do actual lead generation.

Their team then sent a wave of automated emails to the qualified leads. We received reports about their work every week. They also regularly informed us about our open rate and reply rate.

At the moment we are in the third month of our cooperation and so far receiving really great statistics. The team found 2250 contacts according to our ICP and contacted most of them. The average Open Rate at the moment is 44% and the Reply Rate is over 10% which brings really great results. We are having 35 hot leads who our sales people are working with and hope to get even more during our third month of cooperation.

This was carefully monitored on-going, and we had a dedicated support team from research to customer success to keep us updated and provide performance-driven results.

We worked closely with an Account Manager, mainly, but their team was composed of an SDR that took care of emails, and someone in charge of research team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

From the very beginning, the SalesAR team processed 1000 contacts per month for us. But already after 3 months of work, we decided to increase this number to 2000 per month in order to get even more calls with potential clients. Thanks to this and the advice from the SalesAR, our conversion rate started to improve.

I interacted with our Acoount Manager and SDR almost daily. They are responsive and have a great attitude to the clietns. We communicated primarily through Slack. SalesAR takes feedback well and makes appropriate changes to implement that feedback.

SalesAR's team was well-organized, highly communicative, and very mindful of our image in the marketplace. They did a fantastic job staying in touch with our side and taking care of our needs.

We gained many valuable leads in the Eastern and Central European markets. From 150 employees to 15K employees. We have already begun working with some of them - and many more expected.

We had a weekly follow up meeting that gave valuable insight in the progress of the campaign. They were good at communicating the efforts and challenges - and responsive to requests.

After 2 weeks of cooperation, they set up a meeting with a lead from the US. This lead was really warm and qualified. Also, we are excited about all metrics they show (open rate, replay rate, etc ...). These guys are really experts!

10 out of 10! They know how to organize effective workflow on all levels! From one side, you don't spend a lot of time managing this team and from another one you know about every step.
