In fact, because it was virtual, members of our team who were being added and transitioned could jump into the training at different times. They could join at any point and benefit from current training as well as recorded sessions. They could join breakout groups and sessions with other colleagues. That flexibility was incredibly helpful to us. We always felt like there were upcoming sessions with additional content the reps needed to learn, and it didn’t matter that they weren’t all starting at the same time.
