How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

I was interested in finding an agency that offered both operational support as well as managerial oversight and reporting. Beyond getting the tasks accomplished I was looking for responsiveness, cooperative support and friendly engagement styles from everyone.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The Goal of the recruiting project is to add productve teammates to meet growing client demand, including as many as 3 incremental employees per week. The Goal of the bookkeeping project is to maintain orderly records of revenues, receivables, expenses, payables, bank statement reconciliations, payroll reconciliations with hours billed in order to produce timely income statements and documents for tax accountant to file tax returns.

Describe the recruitment process in detail.

Recruiting: Tasks include posting jobs on job boards and social media, engaging and interviewing applicants, setting in-person meetings for training and following up on any reschedules that are needed.

Bookkeeping: Tasks include confirming transactions are categorized correctly in QuickBooks, correcting errors, completing closings for month-end, quarter-end and year-end periods including related tasks. Preparing income statements, balance sheet statements and general ledger statements for tax accountant usage.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Both roles have resultsed in improved resultes at reduced costs compared to results accomplished by previous employees. Staff has been friendly, supportive, inquisistive and results oriented.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very. The Gabtech team has flexed to our availability and needs as we've been growing hte business.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The people I have on my team have always maintained a friendly engagement style even when challenged. They have also been readily availble, with very little notice, pretty much any time that I requested.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

This is a common question they ask as well. With this as an operating model, I cant say that I have issues that we have not already addressed during the normal course of business and huddle meetings.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the Technical Support Manager for our Data Center, Retail and Printer support silos. My primary duties involve analysis of workflow and key performance indicators (KPI) to target agent skill placement. Review daily account metrics and performance data, then provide additional procedures or account tuning to assure business and customer needs are met. Deliver technical guidance, assistance and escalation level support to a technical staff in a 24x7 call center. Acquire tools, training and certification for a technical team based on OEM relationships.

Specifically for my Technical Team, we were in need of technical resource for our Retail accounts.

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

Gabtech had already been a staple within our call center structure. However, the aspect of bringing on a technical resource had been a new concept. After beginning discussion on resources for this role we knew immediately that Gabtech was the right fit for this technical opportunity.

Staffed at 40hrs per week. Experience with Point-of-Sale hardware and software. Understand networking concepts and redundancy for the site infrastructure. Troubleshooting complex technical issues being experienced in the customer environment using OEM tools and troubleshooting knowledge. Must be able to document clear, concise processes and procedures. Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone, and other electronic medium. Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines. Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications. Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.

This was role was required based on growth of our key accounts. We had reached out to Gabtech with the job description and preferred hours. In turn they were very precise in locating candidates that met the requirements and overall a good work ethic for the role.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

After only our second interview we knew the candidate was the right fit for the opportunity. They're very concise in their exposure to retail environments, process flows, and troubleshooting procedures. Also this candidate had a very warming personality to match.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective in prompt email communication and ongoing communication in Slack.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very easy to work with and flexible in meeting at any hour with a 12 hour time difference.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not at all. I'm very happy to this point with the impact this has made on our team.
