As a membership based travel club, our main goals are to always increase the size of our membership base along with our sales & revenue. Due to these functions not being a core part of our business we needed an outsourcing partner to help us drive and achieve these goals.

• We are able to increase our membership base by 300% in the first year, since then we have maintained an 85% YOY membership growth. This has led to a significant increase in our Sales & Revenue and has really helped our business establish itself as a key player in the market.

As an established luxury Travel Agency, we needed to increase our global reach and performance and as such needed qualified multilingual travel agents to help us achieve this objective. We were also looking to increase our booking revenue and sales which had hit a slump.

• By outsourcing 10 qualified multilingual Travel Agents with The Agentsy BPO, we were able to achieve all of our objectives which were namely to increase our global reach and performance. Something we weren't able to do with only English speaking agents. As a result we achieved 100% YOY bookings & revenue growth as well as decreasing our payroll and overhead costs.
