We have large projects and data management that takes up too much of our time . We used to handle these in-house but they became too overwhelming. We needed to step out of in-house to find the best solution. That is when we decided Taskforce BPO was our go-to business that could handle these day to day tasks and important projects for our company.

Our volume of outbound calls was around 40% that we were handling each day. We needed to free up that time to be able to do other things within the company.

Our goal for partnering with Taskforce BPO was to be able to take some of data management, projects and call volume off our employees and allow them to do other things within the company. It freed up their time to be able to focus on sales and implementation of other issues while having Taskforce BPO handle the heavy lifting.

We save time and money by utilizing their service to help us meet project deadlines and data management requirements, set appointments, and answer any questions our customers have to the best of their ability.
