The accuracy rate of entries is very high, with very few corrections needed.
Turnaround time to enter time cards is completed within 24 hours of submission.
Number of time cards processed per week (on average, about 1300+ cards weekly.

Number of calls handled per day: 50+.
All calls are answered.
The issue resolution rate is very high on inquiries on the first call.
Decrease in cal escalations. Much fewer calls had to be transferred to a supervisor because calls are being addressed and handled asap.

Their project management was highly effective. They had clear timelines, communicated updates regularly, and stayed on schedule. All deliverables were completed on time or ahead of deadline. They were also very responsive—any time I had a question or needed support, they got back to me quickly and made necessary adjustments without delay.

Their project management was organized and reliable. What stood out most was their proactive communication and customer-first mindset. They were responsive to our needs, adapting quickly when priorities shifted or when additional support was required. 
They didn’t just complete tasks — they anticipated potential issues and offered solutions before problems arose. Their team showed genuine commitment to quality and efficiency, which made the partnership feel smooth and productive. That level of ownership and accountability is both impressive and rare.

At this time, I can’t identify any specific areas for improvement. TECHSPEED INC consistently met expectations, delivered on time, and maintained excellent communication throughout the project. Their performance was reliable and professional, and I was fully satisfied with the support they provided.

We have a Shopify catalog of over 50k sku's that had been entered over many years. Our data is inconsistent and incomplete. TechSpeed is tasked with working vendor by vendor to review current products, update various product details from mesh count to price to tags, identify discontinued styles, and enter new styles. They are also collecting product photos available from the vendors as they go.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The team completes batches of product review weekly. They have already worked through the largest vendor which had over 5k products.

We have a weekly video touchbase with them. They always respond quickly and pivot as needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The biggest differentiator for us was their high-touch approach and ability to understand our product quickly. With other BPO services, we found sales reps were reading from scripts and it wasn't hard to imagine that we would be lost in an abyss after we were on-boarded. With TechSpeed, we truly feel like our business maters to them eventough we're probably one of their smallest clients.

Are there any areas for improvement or something TECHSPEED INC could have done differently?

Not that I can think of. It has been very easy to work with them.

I’m the product manager at Adonis Technology Inc, a healthcare revenue cycle management company.

What challenge were you trying to address with TECHSPEED INC?

We needed TECHSPEED INC’s help with a new product launch, which required manual data entry and validation. The goal was to automate as much as possible and have an external team validate the work. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

TECHSPEED INC provided call center services, data entry, and data validation services. After selecting them as our vendor, the team scaled up operations and created training materials. We ran a handful of training operations and turned them over to their team. We ran 3–4 training sessions over a few weeks to get them up to speed on the product. They then took care of the rest of the process. 

We told them the challenge we wanted to solve, and they wrote scripts based on that. They also ran group training exercises — one teammate would make a call and use the script while the rest of the team listened. 

Once we ramped down the entire product line, TECHSPEED INC offered to help in other ways while we still had them in contract. For a few weeks, they did some more manual data entry and contact validation for some of our sales team. 

What is the team composition?

We worked with 10–11 teammates from TECHSPEED INC, consisting of one key point of contact, seven individuals, and three managers. These included Sunil and Vidya.

Our recruitment team led the search for a few BPO companies, and I interviewed a few of them in the end.

We spent between $25,000–$50,000.

The engagement lasted from February–September 2024.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We started off with just three teammates from TECHSPEED INC, but the team grew pretty quickly — they scaled swiftly for us. 

How did TECHSPEED INC perform from a project management standpoint?

We had a pretty tight feedback loop on any issues. Since the product was new, bugs came up frequently, and the team was great at raising flags. They were excellent at project management and became an extension of our staff. We communicated using Slack and used Zoom, Google Meet, and GoTo Meeting. Most of our operations happened via Google Sheets. 

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Vidya was excellent and had a hands-on management style. It was also great to work with Sunil. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their adaptability was impressive. Although the product didn’t exist before, they were great at giving feedback and adapting to bugs as we developed it. I truly appreciated their flexibility.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Better record-keeping could be nice. We could’ve used a more formal platform. This wasn’t a major flaw. Their record-keeping was sufficient, but if something had to be improved, it was that.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be intentional with the initial training. TECHSPEED INC will remember anything you say. Ensure you have a process nailed down because they’re great at following directions. When changes are necessary, they’ll have to do it on multiple documents, people, and training sessions.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

One important metric is that they helped us save time to focus on other business priorities. TechSpeed Inc also grew our database, and the quality of information they delivered was excellent.

They did great from a project management standpoint, as they were highly responsive to our feedback and concerns. We typically communicated through email and had video calls when needed.

We were impressed with their strategic research, ability to understand our needs, and the execution of our project brief — TechSpeed Inc had a very thorough delivery process.

I am a Team Lead for a group in the Insurance division of one of the Big-3 credit bureaus. Our primary focus is to automate data collection of public court records.

Our team regularly enlists in the help of TechSpeed for large scale transcription and data mining projects. They play an integral part in helping us to collect public record data that for various reasons we aren't able to acquire ourselves. TechSpeed expertly takes the requirements provided, recommends process plans to streamline output, and consistently meet project deadlines. They are communicative, professional, and flexible. By far one of our best vendors to date.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We consistently approach TechSpeed for various projects due to their ability to stand up teams quickly, understand business requirements (often complex), and deliver output efficiently. Their pricing is competitive but what truly makes the different is the level of customer service we receive, particularly from Vidya Plainfield.

We provide TechSpeed with PDF files of traffic violations that they transcribe for us and return back via FTP. They also perform large scale manual transcription of web-based data sources that we aren't able to automate.

We typically pay an hourly rate and sometimes there is an additional cost for a project manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

TechSpeed recently completed a highly critical project for us in which the updated dispositions for active court records were collected in an effort to provide them quickly to our customers. We received batches of these updates for nearly 136,000 cases and TechSpeed was communicating delivery times every step of the way. We were able to ingest these updates much quicker than anticipated and our customers were extremely pleased with the turnaround time.

We truly value the customer service we receive from TechSpeed Inc. It is unmatched and so very appreciated.

We've seen an increase in the numbers we were hoping to achieve. We are currently still evaluating, but so far so good.

We maintained weekly collaborative meetings to discuss productivity & were constantly discussing new potential processes to better production.

Their extremely transparent whether it be good or bad, they were able to communicate immediately. Any change I through at them, they handled with grace.

They are professional and helpful, and they always deliver work on time.

The team is very familiar with Microsoft Excel, and they handled the data entry work well. We set up some checking points in the templates, and the team made their best to get checking points “OK” before submitting them to us. Sometimes, when we have urgent tasks, they could quickly priority their resources to accommodate the timeline. Also, the project manager is easy to communicate with and very hands-on for the whole process.

I am the Executive Director of a large non-profit organization that works with over 130 private schools in Georgia to provide financial assistance scholarship opportunities to students seeking an educational alternative to the Public school. We accomplish this through the use of a school choice tax credit program.

We have a yearly tax credit cap that is exhausted quickly. To access this cap, we are required to manually enter the information of each of the nearly 5,000 taxpayers, who have pledged to support our program, into an online tax software system. This has to be accomplished in one day and is fairly complicated as it has many moving parts. Techspeed manages the data entry portion of the project and does so with great efficiency and little to no errors.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to have all data entry completed by the deadline which was accomplished. It was also to have an accurate accounting of each submission with a corresponding certificate number which was done so accurately.

How did you select this vendor?

I believe we found Techspeed online several years ago and have been utilizing their services ever since.

We provide a comprehensive Excel list to Techspeed who then break the list apart for their team members. Techspeed does a short training with their staff to ensure they are prepared for the one day data entry project. Techspeed staff must log into a DOR website, and go through several screens entering in various information provided in our report on each of the screens. At the end of the entry, they then record a Certificate Number on our master sheet for verification purposes for each taxpayer. They isolate any potential issues or errors and quickly update us with said issues so we have the ability to correct on our end or to advise their team on how to resolve the issue on their end. WE require that data entry project of nearly 5,000 individual records be entered within a 6 hour window of time on a specific day in early January. Techspeed has been helping us with this project for several years now and has always delivered.

What was the team composition?

The team managing our project always has had a lead team member who, at the onset of the project each year, verifies information we provide, runs tests on the login credentials provided, and asks any relevant questions necessary to ensure the project will be completed successfully. This project leader than determines the number of team members necessary to complete the project under the time demands we present. I believe we typically have around 20 data entry professionals working on our project each year.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project is always completed within the time constraints provided and with little to no errors. We have come to rely on Techspeed to complete this project successfully for our organization and that is not an easily said thing. This data entry project being completed nearly perfectly and within our time constraints is vital to the success of our organization. We could not operate without their assistance.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Perfect. Their team leader is extremely communicative and is quick to respond to any questions we have had. Conversely, the team leader is efficient is reviewing the information we provide and presenting clarifying questions to ensure the project will be completed as near to perfect as possible.

Most impressive is their level of organization and their willingness to tackle the project with an expectation of perfection. They understand that it takes hard work on the front side of a technical data entry project to achieve a successful conclusion. Their level of consistency in being efficient, responsive, and error free is something to admired.
