I'm the Managing Director at a Hostmud based out of New Delhi, India. Our Company has a small team of developers and we have developed CRM Application for Small Businesses to manage end to end lifecycle of leads/customers.

I hired Growup Technologies to manage our customer query and provide support to our customers through Growup Virtual Assistant.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to provide support to our customers 24X7, we wanted to solve every small or big query of customers.

How did you select this vendor?

We were searching for virtual assistant services online and compiled a list of 4 company on the base of client feedback and services benefit. We contacted each company and discussed our project but we selected Growup Technologies based on the customer feedback and their price point which we felt was very fair.

Once we selected Growup Technologies, we had a meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. Within the first week, we started coordinating and training period with the virtual assistant. In a second week, Virtual Assistants started working on customer queries in full-fledged.

What was the team composition?

Basically, Growup Virtual Assistant Team assigned Team Leader to communicate with us and serve as the main point of contact throughout our customer support journey, but I was made to aware that there is 5 Virtual Assistant to manage customer queries.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Yes, within a month after assigning of virtual assistants, we saw good feedback from our enterprise customers and also VA's solved all the issues of our customers with good speed.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The Project Manager that we are assigned is easy to communicate with and provide us with daily update and logs, we are connected over the email and uses Slack for all other communication. Overall, we are impressed by the virtual assistants for the work.
