What was the scope of their involvement?

I hired TravelpsBPO to do the BPO for inbound and outbound calls. They’re helping us get clients, provide travel management, site management, and everything regarding the traveling BPOs like travel bookings.

There were more than 15 people, but I’m only in contact with a few of them.

We started working together in March 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.

They’re good and appreciate their work. The results are good, and they treat us like we’re their own company. — we wanted clients, and we got them.

How did TravelsBpo perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re good at project management and handle everything professionally. Also, I went to their office 3-4 months ago, and their staff was friendly. The CEO was very nice to me and is a great person. They delivered on time, meeting deadlines as well.

In terms of communication, we use phone calls most of the time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The way they handle their clients is superb — they treat us excellently. Everything is good with them, and I’d love to work with them in the future as well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could make their website better — it should reflect how well they work.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You should hire them because they will give you the best service for any budget. They have packages for all different budgets — It doesn’t matter how much you spend, the results will be the same.
