An example is that Doberman identified a print half tone/dot matrix type aesthetic as something we liked - BUT, we recognized that we produce content for television, not for print. Massive came up with a solution that felt in the spirit of what we loved about the print aesthetic but was geared towards tv - tube TV square pixels. This was an 'aha' moment and, as evidenced by the website, is a core element of the rebrand.

I especially liked their system called “Atlassian.” It was a JIRA system essentially where I would go and login and I could track their progress visually via seeing what was inputted for the tickets. Project management has been good. I don't love Basecamp (which is what they use as a project management tool) but the team does a great job of keeping it organized which helps a ton. Diana is always extremely prompt in responding to our requests and transparent on timelines. The whole team is also very willing to be flexible in waiting for feedback when the bandwidth on my side is running a little short.

We haven't officially launched our site but were already getting paid customers with our average site. Everyone who has seen the site so far has been blown away and for our team at Light AI that is a good sign. The team did deliver on time - If delays were ever expected the team would communicate the reason for this. Often delays were due to the team's commitment to excellence and high-quality work. When adjustments were required due to a lack of satisfaction on design the team would take responsibility without question and go above and beyond often without me even suggesting it. Designs would be presented that we were content with and then they would find flaws in their own work and make it better without us saying anything.
