Perrill designed two websites for us actually, for two separate companies.  They designed the website to increase traffic and presence on the web and via search.  They built a great website that was important to work and translate well across the globe as we are a global business, as well as added a CAPTCHA to the website due to the spam on the submission forms.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Every single month, since starting tracking in 2020, we've grown our traffic.  We meet monthly (Andy and Greg are why I continue to use Perrill to market the website), and every single month we grow.  They are also ecstatic to work on our company (albeit a helicopter company is pretty cool).  Anytime I say something feels like it should be a target, they get excited and work on hitting that target (and they do).

They are great, I constantly feel like I am holding them up rather than the other way around.  They are always excited to work in whatever direction I point, but I also give them a lot of free reign to do it how they feel it's best.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

This is the first time I've worked with someone regarding websites, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I find the community they have is by far the most impressive part for me.  I tell my peers that I would pay for their services even if it was just to have another person that gets as excited (genuinely) as they do about what we're doing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Perrill could have done differently?

Early on I remember the girl heading our websites being built was not great at communicating in a timely manner.  I believe she is no longer there, however.  Again, ever since the completion of the websites and starting the marketing of one of them, I feel like I am the biggest limited factor for them.

Key deliverables include competitive research, client interviews, comprehensive Brand Marketing Strategy document, refreshed logo delivered in a variety of different formats, edited product images, facility drone videos inside and outside, SEO friendly website content, custom theme-built website platform on WordPress with WooCommerce eCommerce solution, 3rd party integrations with other company platforms, mobile friendly website, continued website hosting/maintenance, and support.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Increased conversions via our website, including request a quote form completions, eCommerce purchases, phone calls, and direct emails. Additionally, increased website traffic sessions and overall more engagement with our website when users are on it.

The Perrill Team is incredibly organized, attentive, and delivers items on-time and as promised. They always follow through on what they say they are going to complete and in a very timely manner. They are great at project management and as their client we never had to worry if something was going to be completed or not because it always is. We cannot say enough about how amazing they are at managing the many components that go into their projects with complete effortlessness and efficiency.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We absolutely love that they are a small, but mighty team of very talented individuals. They made us feel valued and important from moment we met them, and that are project was a priority to them. They are so knowledgeable, communicative, and responsive. They also bring creative and thoughtful ideas to any meeting. The team at Perrill is the absolute best to work with, and impressed us from the very first meeting.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Perrill could have done differently?

Honestly, no. They are an all-encompassing agency that does it all. From the very start of the process they have been there to answer questions via phone or email in a very timely manner. Their customer service skills are unmatched and they truly value their customers and the projects they complete for them.
