They've hit their deadlines, and they have been good to work with financially. Also, if we need to negotiate future products, they're great at helping us on those matters. Regarding communication, we mainly use Google Meet.

They're the best in my experience so far. Trevor is a good businessperson that understands client service to be the A-team — I appreciate that because that is a value that we share in our firm.

The site was already in place, but Let’s Get Optimized did a complete redesign for the main page to make it better and more responsive. Additionally, they do blogs for us. We're not at a point to do PPC, but we’ll start with some active marketing once everything settles out.

They’re reactive and efficient, and they listen. We ran into a major issue with our site a few nights ago — there was a problem with the inventory adjustment. After hours, we sent them an email and talked to Jennifer around 6:00 p.m. By 9:00 a.m. the following day, everything was fixed. They solved the issue in less than 12 hours.

Moreover, it’s the first time we’re working with a company where we have a liaison who’s not a tech-savvy person. Jennifer listens to us and makes sure that everything gets done, which is huge for us because we’re a smaller company. We don’t have the capacity to do that in-house, so it’s important that we have someone dedicated to us.

How did Let's Get Optimized perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done everything they’ve promised, and they do things within the timeline. We’ve paid for extra work, but it has been identified previously. If they need to charge us more, they explain why they’re doing it, and it always makes sense. When we surpass the retainer fee, we pay the extra, and the work gets done quickly.

To communicate, we email at least once or twice a week. They also email us to ensure we’re up to date on everything going on. Then, we do a Zoom or Google Meet video call at least once a month. We spent a good hour on the call to understand the process.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re determined to make the project go well, and the team is finite in their work. Everything we mention, they take it down as a note and work on it, even if it’s the smallest thing. Overall, it’s the first time we’ve worked with a partner that executes on every front. They fire on all cylinders, and there's always something happening. We hope it continues that way.

We’ve only worked with them for six months, so there hasn’t been anything up until now.

If you’re looking for someone to manage your SEO, there’s no better partner in Canada. You should be working with Let’s Get Optimized — there aren’t many companies with dedicated people.
