In order to go over each target and address any queries regarding our services that were relevant to our complaint conversion goals, we had a kick-off meeting. We conducted competitor and keyword research, and then put up a number of PPC advertisements based on the findings, allowing us to evaluate and contrast the outcomes of each campaign. In order to maximize the return on our marketing investment, we handled our PPC campaigns using keyword optimization and negative keywords along the way. Our present website had an SEO assessment, and changes were recommended to optimize important landing pages. Our logo was created by the LGO team. Initially, we requested that they offer us a range of logo choices, from ultra-conservative to hyper-modern. They then produced four templates: two were simpler and more traditional, and two were more contemporary and included striking colors. They oversaw the entire final logo design process, and once we selected the template that best suited our needs as a company, we selected a typeface.

They created our website from scratch utilizing a WordPress template after sending the finished logo. For clients to interact with us online, the website serves as both our digital factory and a lead generation tool. The group also offered copywriting and SEO services for our website, in addition to helping us with keyword research. We worked together with them on several pages to make sure the appropriate keywords were on there for Bing and Google. 

Although they sporadically assist with maintenance requests, we ourselves host the website. They also interviewed one of our customers for a case study. They added the case study to the website and included videos and data on different pages to convey our brand message.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They produced excellent logo designs right away. We struggled to choose which logo would work best, but we were incredibly happy with the outcome. Additionally, they produced a fantastic case study that demonstrated their command of our brand's aesthetic. It might be difficult to create messaging around our product, but Bop Design did a fantastic job interpreting our brief to create insightful website content. The website runs really smoothly, and we are happy with the essential features. 

We are currently in the process of being indexed, thus it is too soon to see how our website traffic is performing. Still, the site's design has garnered great internal feedback, so we're moving in the right way. With several of the keywords we've been monitoring, we've risen to the top of the search results page. Additionally, we've conducted technical SEO audits with fruitful outcomes.

They’re reactive and efficient, and they listen. We ran into a major issue with our site a few nights ago — there was a problem with the inventory adjustment. After hours, we sent them an email and talked to Jennifer around 6:00 p.m. By 9:00 a.m. the following day, everything was fixed. They solved the issue in less than 12 hours.

Moreover, it’s the first time we’re working with a company where we have a liaison who’s not a tech-savvy person. Jennifer listens to us and makes sure that everything gets done, which is huge for us because we’re a smaller company. We don’t have the capacity to do that in-house, so it’s important that we have someone dedicated to us.

They’ve done everything they’ve promised, and they do things within the timeline. We’ve paid for extra work, but it has been identified previously. If they need to charge us more, they explain why they’re doing it, and it always makes sense. When we surpass the retainer fee, we pay the extra, and the work gets done quickly.

To communicate, we email at least once or twice a week. They also email us to ensure we’re up to date on everything going on. Then, we do a Zoom or Google Meet video call at least once a month. We spent a good hour on the call to understand the process.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re determined to make the project go well, and the team is finite in their work. Everything we mention, they take it down as a note and work on it, even if it’s the smallest thing. Overall, it’s the first time we’ve worked with a partner that executes on every front. They fire on all cylinders, and there's always something happening. We hope it continues that way.

We’ve only worked with them for six months, so there hasn’t been anything up until now.

If you’re looking for someone to manage your SEO, there’s no better partner in Canada. You should be working with Let’s Get Optimized — there aren’t many companies with dedicated people.
