1. More Flexible Meeting Schedules: Although the weekly meetings were highly beneficial, having more flexibility in scheduling could accommodate busy clients better. Offering varied times or the option for bi-weekly meetings might provide greater convenience for those with tight schedules.

2. Enhanced Training Resources: While the website design and functionality are top-notch, providing more comprehensive training materials or tutorials on managing and updating the site could empower clients to make changes and updates more confidently on their own. This could include detailed guides or video tutorials for common tasks within the eCommerce platform.
