Our month-on-month website maintenance is scheduled by WP Creative and have it completed in a timely manner. Our project manager is very responsive and will prompt us of any urgent requested tasks. The web developer team member assigned to us is also knowledgeable and is responsive when tasks are assigned to him. Projects are handled timely and communication is prompt with the timeline of the job. Overall, we are happy with the service that WP Creative is offering us.

Whenever a project/ad hocs request is given to WP Creative team, the project manager ensures that task summary is provided to us quickly to ensure the work can be completed in the requested timeframe. If the deadline is not achievable, the team will communicate immediately to arrange alternative options. 

Every steps of the process is communicated in Trello to ensure we are aware of the progress and timesheet is given to know exactly what the team has been doing and how many hours we have left for any other ad hocs request. We are happy with how the team is reachable and responsive.
