The Collective's vision and expertise, how organized they were and stayed on track. They were honest in their communication and kept the project moving along in a timely fashion. They were fun to work with. They took my ideas and turned them into impressive web designs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Collective42 could have done differently?

They were on point. Perhaps an in person meeting as a Meet & Greet. But all the Google Meet calls were great and easy to navigate. The calls were timed well and they were flexible when my schedule changed. They made it easy.

I’m the director of marketing at Nutrishare, a home infusion pharmacy specializing exclusively in parenteral nutrition (PN). We’ve been providing IV nutrition services to consumers nationwide for over 30 years.

We hired Collective42 to manage our paid media and website. We had limited data history, optimizing for conversions for a very niche audience (Long-term Home TPN), a website that was built on extremely outdated code, integrations to existing platforms, and two CRM migrations.
