• Establishing a project hub that outlines the project overview, timeline, consolidated sitemap, and new site navigation. 
• Developing webpages in Figma for review/feedback/approval before moving to a staging site.

Deliverables were consistently on time, and when adjustments were needed due to internal reviews on our end, their team was flexible and proactive in keeping everything on track.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We received a shared google document that had deadlines to track each phase of the project. Check in calls were held a key milestones. Some items were delayed at the tail end due to increased complexity that wasn't discovered upon initial scope. Our project manager did a great job of working hard and add'l hours to ensure that the project didn't go too far beyond the original launch date.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I really liked that the CEO would walk us through the first few builds. It showed that the leadership was involved and cared, not just abandoning us once the scope was signed. Our project manager was responsive and easy to work with. He cared about our project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Blennd could have done differently?

I think more of a walk through of the sitemap early on would have helped us avoid later changes, but also to better understand the full build and to think through needs earlier on. We weren't incredibly involved at the beginning which was great from a bandwidth perspective, but this made it feel like we were out of the loop for the first few months which was a bit unsettling.

We needed to redesign our website to make it more user-friendly and easier to manage on the backend.

Blennd redesigned and developed our website. The team moved our site to WordPress so we could update it regularly.

Blennd delivered a completely redesigned website. We liked the move to WordPress, which made content management easier.

They could have provided better training on how to work the backend. The development of the backend could have been easier.
